Newly constructed, charming home in Saranac Lake! Walking distance to Lake Flower and easy access to villages fine dining restaurants and brewerys. Perfect for weekend getaways, business trips, staycations, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything the Adirondacks has to offer! Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Saranac Lake and 15 minutes to Lake placid which had the historical 1932 and 1980 winter olympics!

Fire pit (wood not provided) with Adirondacks chairs, outdoor grill, picnic table.

2 bedroom 2 bath with sofa bed. Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom while other bedroom has two queen beds and bathroom next to the room. Living room has a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed.

Property managers are Chuck and Lisa. No Pets.

Our trip started with great communication from the host. The house fit our family of five plus two friends, perfectly. It’s in a great location! The house was very clean, spacious and cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook. Bedrooms and closets were perfect! The fireplace was loved by all. Having the washer and dryer in the main bathroom was a bonus. Our family cannot wait to book this house again!

What a wonderful place! The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The fireplace was broken, but the host told us about it before we arrived. We had a great time and would stay again. 5 stars.

The property has several areas needing attention. In the master bedroom, a bright exterior light disrupts sleep; a second blackout shade is recommended. A plastic piece was detached from the window, preventing ventilation. The fire pit contained burned aluminum debris, which violates NYS DEC law—adding a sign could prevent future misuse. Kitchen lighting is inadequate due to a burned-out microwave light, affecting guests sleeping nearby.Bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. Grout lines show signs of mold or mildew, and dried urine was found near the toilet, indicating incomplete mopping. Caulking is discolored and may need replacement. In the living room, the upholstered chair and traditional rug require deep cleaning.Maintenance Recommendations:Consider Ashley’s Restoration for cleaning, mold remediation, and upholstery care. Sylvia’s Tailoring can make custom seat covers. A sumac tree colony on the berm threatens native plants and should be removed. Updating bedding with locally crafted items could enhance the space. Lastly, the master bedroom toilet refills loudly and frequently, suggesting a slow leak that disrupts sleep and requires repair.

My family (my husband and four boys, ages 4-12) and I stayed here for a few days so that we could explore the area and also just enjoy some relaxing time together. The property is not too far from several areas of interest (Tupper Lake, Lake Placid, etc). The house itself was perfect for our family, the rooms were exactly as described on the listing, and everything was clean and up to date. It was a very pleasant place for us to prepare all our meals and to play games and spend time together. The linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable. We were able to find pretty much anything we needed, and Chuck was very responsive if we had questions or concerns. Definitely recommend, and would certainly stay here again!

Thank you very much. We had a great stay at your home. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was right up the street from the ice castle and that was great. We could walk in to town from where we were if we wanted to. The only suggestions I would make would be to have something to hold items in the hallway shower, more seating in the living room, and instructions on how to use the fireplace.

Perfect Getaway

We found this house on vrbo while looking for something not too far while we skiied in Lake Placid. Great location, easy to get to and perfect house for our family for a few nights. Would def recommend it!

Praise God wonderful stay

Very grateful to have found this charming home . Communicating with Nicholas was easy and the place was perfect for us to have some quiet family time together in the cold. It snowed many times when we were here and there was always someone who came to clean . Appreciate the Nicholas going the extra mile to help us out in ensuring the kitchen had some basics as well God bless you all

Hockey Weekend--great rental!

We (3 adults) traveled to see our nephew's Paul Smiths College hockey debut and wanted to find a place where we could spend some quality time together other than a hotel. This property fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and quiet, spacious, and very close to everything Saranac Lake has to offer. We will definitely return!

Saranac Lake vacation

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Saranac lake. This house really met all of our expectations! Extremely clean & bright with open concept kitchen which was perfect. We enjoyed the great location to downtown & loved the great yard with fire pit.Would love to stay for future trips to visit our daughter

Perfect for my family

I was in Saranac Lake for my daughter’s wedding and this home was ideal for 4 adults and a toddler. The house was very clean and was well equipped. The host was very prompt in responding to my emails. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate!

House was beautiful. Totally immaculate. Clean and modern. It was within walking distance to town which is a plus, but as a result is also more of a neighborhood so it is close to other homes. I personally would have preferred something more isolated but the post is accurate. I think maybe the pictures didn't show how close it is to neighboring properties

Quiet and lovely home

Our stay was just great. The home was the perfect size for our family. Kitchen had many things for us to use when we cooked. The outside area was perfect for a campfire one evening. We even had 2 deer that would visit the property in the morning and late evenings. Just beautiful.
