Maybe it's me, but I didn't even mind the room being a bit dusty, the door know being broken, the lock on the bathroom being broken, the towel heat rack being broken, the airco being broken, the safe being broken, the rain shower head being broken, the toilet seat being broken and the hairdryer being broken as long as I have light and water and cleanliness. I told the staff so they could fix it for me or for the next guest, especially since the site said they would have airco. The reaction I got is "only one thing we found is broken, so what do you want, what else is broken", so I started listing the things and she interrupted me saying "well yeah we know about that but we cannot fix it right now can we". So, you lied about only one thing being broken and it flabbergasted me. And to top it off a couple of days later I heard the same lady arguing with a Turkish guest who said there was a problem and she said, "well of course you know better, right"??? So, impertinent. Cannot say who it was because of the rules, but the housekeeper at least tried her best even though she doesn't speak Enlgish. But mainly the other lady's treatment on top of everything that's broken leaded me to dislike it a lot.
