"One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel. There were no hand towels, no hair dryer, no conditioner, no lotion and for shampoo they got us clinic plus shampoo pouches. "The hotel is tucked away by Amritsar bus station. The surrounding streets are in a poor condition, however the hotel is very modern. The staff checked us in efficiently and the room was cleaned and ready to a very good standard. It is a 25 minute walk to the Golden Temple Complex or a 5 min rickshaw journey. "The location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places. The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."
