The parking is horrible. Second time I had a bad experience. Last time I was the one asking for my car first and they took one hour to get it, 5 people got it before me. They kept going back and forth between ibis and ibis budget, looked like they are always understaffed. Ibis says the parking is independent, but is in the hotel’s property. They should really think about changing the parking lot company or ask them to to a better job with customer service.
This time, July 2025, when I arrived at the parking, I was asked if I was staying at the hotel and how many days. After that they asked me if I wanted to pay all the parking fees in advance, and I said yes. Then, for the next 7 days I would just get a ticket when dropping of my car and just give them that ticket to get the car back. I don’t know what the heck happened but they wanted me to pay more. Saying that I didn’t pay in advance. At first I couldn’t find the receipt, since I was coming and going and they never asked for it. They said either I would pay more or I wouldn’t get the car. I asked for the manager and I was told there was no manager there at the time. Finally I found the receipt and they got the car. But of course that took about one hour and a half!!!
