"Great location one stop or 15mins walk from Osaka station. Super comfy and luxe hotel."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and entire hotel was very clean. Will be back here again when I come back to Osaka."

"We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people."

"Very good hotel"

"Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!"

"It is really hard to go wrong with the Ritz.. The hotel is situated with a walking distance to Osaka station. However, you do need to travel by train or taxi to Shin-Osaka Station. The rooms were large and very clean to our satisfaction. The staff was extremely attentive to every request we had. Breakfast - was rich and offered large variety of dishes. All in all, highly recommended."

"The location is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is with variety"

"Great location for access to the city. Hotel entrance hard to find"

"Property was great, rooms are small but what you would expect for Japan. We didn’t have much interaction with staff so can’t say if they were helpful or not, checking in and checking out is all self service so not really rateable. Property was really clean, modern and nice though. Would recommend again. Note it’s about a 15 minute walk to a train station"
