"This hotel felt very corporate, but was nice at the same time. Very clean, nice staff, the restaurants we're not what we wanted to eat in. They mainly offered several course set menus. There was a spa pool, but only platinum members could use it. Afternoon tea looked great, but it needed to be booked several days in advance. It was big and impersonal without personal service. "

"Excellent location. The rooms are spacious with gorgeous city view - large windows. The balcony was excellent. The evening happy hour in the lobby is excellent. It is included in the room charge. I’d stay again, need I say more. "

Ce serait bien d'avoir du café et viennoiserie pour emporter pour les clients qui ont déjà payé pour le petit déjeuner. "

"I can’t really fault this place. My room was spotlessly clean and pretty spacious for Japan. The onsen was great - a nightly ritual I came to love. I didn’t eat at the hotel so no comment on the breakfast. It’s close to multiple metro lines, including trains direct to Kyoto. Easy to walk downtown or Umeda. I’d definitely stay here again with great pleasure. "
