I would not recommend this hotel. While they try to present it as a luxury property, it falls far short of that standard.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable — they simply placed thin padding over a box spring. The bathroom design was poor and awkward to use; getting in and out was a hassle. One major issue was the shower — the walls are glass, and only two sections become tinted while one remains completely clear. This makes it very inconvenient if you’re traveling with children, as you can’t use the shower while they’re in the room.
The worst part was the executive lounge — it was a complete disappointment and not worth a penny. We stayed in three different rooms, and the issues were consistent across all of them. The rooms were also very small.
To top it off, if you don’t request housekeeping through the TV before 8:00 AM, your room will not be cleaned that day.
Overall, I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share this experience so others are aware.
