"We had a great stay at this place. Certainly, the place was in 5 star condition. The pictures are accurate to what the place looks like and it’s in a great spot. If it were based on that alone, it would be 5 stars. Some issues we had were: 1. The rules were not sent to us until midnight the day before. Because we were traveling, it was almost impossible to read the rules and get them to the other individuals on the trip. So, we wished they had been sent to us earlier in order to thoroughly...

" I stayed here. Trust me! Every condo had a Spectacular 180 degree panoramic view of the beach from the balcony + pool & all usual amenities Reservation included beach chairs and umbrellas. Best bang for buck!"

"We loved the size and space and how everyone wasn’t all on each other. The drive to restaurants and beach is just perfect . Our most favorite part was the late night bike riding and the bar . Overall it’s a great stay I highly recommend this property and will be coming back. "

"I don’t recall the listing noting that to heat the pool/hot tub cost 70/night plus tax. So we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub. Water filter in refrigerate was expired. Rest of the stay was nice. "

"Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. "The location is phenomenal with walking access to the beach, restaurants, food trucks and shops. However, the cottage was a little rundown and needs to be updated. I made sure to message the manager of all of the broken blinds so I wouldn’t be charged. Ventilation in bathroom is nonexistent even when you open windows there’s no way for the heat to get out so everything turns damp and humid in the room. Oh and door upstairs wouldn’t lock. "Communication prior to and during our trip was perfectly attentive and friendly. The house is every bit as beautiful as it looks online. Clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Air conditioning works great. Kitchen is great for making a quick meal or breakfast. Unbeatable location. We will be coming back as many times as possible! Loved this stay — thank you Rob!!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Nice view, easy access to the beach. If we had questions, our contact person was easily accessible and nice. The only problem was the linens need to be replaced. Although they were clean, one of the sheets had a stain and a few of the towels had stains on them. Other than that, the unit was great."
