"Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. "

"Excellent property!!! This house was just perfect! We came with 8 adults and 2 children under 2. They had high chairs, pack and plays and a whole kids playroom stocked with great toys! Kitchen was well stocked and top of the line appliances. The living area had plenty of seating. Every bedroom had a bathroom and the beds were great! The deck had the most beautiful view and there was easy access to the beach. The host responded immediately to anything we needed! We would highly recommend this...

"Beautiful condo thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to feel comfortable! (except a brew coffee pot) Perfect location for us. Close enough to the fun without being directly in it giving us a choice of engagement level. Very well decorated!!"

"We had an awesome stay at this property. My wife and I traveled with our four kids. The property was just as described and was very close to the beach. We would definitely book here again."

"Wonderful stay and a great host. We enjoyed every minute staying at this house and made full use of all of the WaterColor amenities. The golf cart and bicycles especially came in handy and made trips to the Beach Club almost as enjoyable as time in the water. We will definitely be back!"

"We enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for our family of five adults and two infants. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Having a pool and spa was much appreciated because we couldn’t be at the beach all the time with little kids. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved feeding a fish in the pond. Location is great, close to everything but quiet at the same time. We hope to come back sometime soon! "

"Property and house are beautiful. Set up is good for families with children. Plenty of space for everyone. Two issues-the walkway to the beach is wobbly towards the bottom-we felt it may collapse . Secondly we didn't realize the number of steps to get to top master bedroom. As seniors would have loved access to the elevator. This should be mentioned in the description because it was difficult for us.Otherwise, we truly enjoyed the home and the location"

"The property was perfect for our group. The pool was very nice when we were too sunburnt for the beach. The beach is an easy walk but I do recommend renting a golf cart to haul chairs etc and when little legs are too tired to walk. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils. "
