"Great location and plenty of room for my son and I! The place was clean, well kept and spacious. The only negative was that the toilet stopped flushing a few times and I had to take off the back and fix the chain myself and the shower didn’t drain well, but outside of the plumbing issues it was a nice place! Would recommend and will likely stay again! "

"Property was fabulous and the host was fantastic! Trolley will take you anywhere around Watercolor. Beach was great. We didn’t take advantage of all the pools we could use, as this was a short stay. Next time for sure! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can...

"Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure."

Good communication, quick turnaround, a little demoralizing. They remedied the situation with a delayed check out."
