This gorgeous condo near the beach has a private, furnished balcony with enough seating for everyone to enjoy the view, a well-equipped kitchen, and upscale touches throughout. Guests of this condo will enjoy access to a shared, large pool, small, heated pool, and a children's play area. Enjoy the gated beach restrooms and showers.

For outdoor adventures, visit Grayton Beach State Park offering pristine beaches, a coastal dune lake, and four miles of hiking trails, all just a mile down the coast. Or head 20 miles west and take the whole family to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park in Destin featuring over 40 water attractions, thrill rides, and a mini-golf course.

Lovely time at the beach.

This is our fourth stay at redfish village and we love it each time! The facilities are well kept and the pool is awesome for families. Shuttle service and deeded beach access cannot be beat. Host was quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay.

Our family of 4 had a great week in Blue Mountain/Redfish Village! The beach access makes it super easy to set up for a beach day, the pool (while nothing fancy) is great for a pre-dinner swim, and the proximity to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery is always a highlight of our trip! Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. We will be back!

This condo is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and only a 2 minute walk to get the best ice cream! The owners truly think of everything when it comes how stocked the condo is. It is a beautiful place, and we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Labor Day Weekend

We had another great stay at this property in Red Fish Village! The unit is very clean and spacious. We loved being able to walk to Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery. The private beach is a short walk from the condo! There is also a shuttle that runs from the condo to the beach. Great condo and great area on 30A!

Repeat visitors to Redfish Village & Blue Mountain Beach

We have stayed in multiple units at Redfish Village over the 15 years we’ve visited Blue Mountain Beach. We had a couple challenges upon arrival but owners & management were prompt with their response. The unit shows a few areas of aging but it is well decorated, clean, and offers multiple amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay here!

Condo was clean, spacious. and well decorated. Location was perfect: right next to the ice cream shop and just a short, easy, walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Liked that the beach access had clean bathrooms and showers to rinse off. The only con, I would say, is that there was some rust in the tub around the drain in the master bathroom. My kids, 6 and under, wanted to take a bath so that was the only thing that bothered me. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

Favorite of Redfish

This was our third different stay at the complex. This layout was our favorite. Bunks are huge could easily fit teenagers IMO. Perfect for my family of five. There were no wash cloths in the bathrooms, not a deal breaker just a FYI. The beach at redfish which is supposed to be private seemed more crowded than before, for the same week we always come. Some people sitting in chairs by 30A Shade were not staying at the condo but elsewhere close by found this out by just sparking up conversation . The main reason we have always like this place was the private beach, didn’t seem that way this time. If we continue coming to Redfish I will always try to book this one, it was everything we needed.

Nice property, poor hosting experience

My family has stayed at Redfish Village about twenty times and we love it there. The unit we rented was fine but unfortunately we encountered problems with the facility due to scheduled maintenance. When we arrived we could not get into our unit due to extensive painting that was being done to the hallway floor. We searched around for about an hour and found out that you could walk around the painting but that all elevators were not working. It meant going to the far end of the building each time we wanted to enter our unit and walking up four flights of stairs with all our luggage. We called the host and learned that there would be no elevator access for our entire stay. That meant each time we went to the beach we had to lug our cooler and stuff up and down four flights of stairs and I have a bad knee. The host offered to move us to another unit on the second floor but also said it was with a different management company and we were on our own if we moved. We opted to stay. The unit is fine and Redfish is great but the lack of planning on the part of the host was very disappointing. The building manager Justin told us all owners and management companies had been appraised of this maintenance work multiple times and that elevators would be out of service. We requested a partial refund and was denied as the host said they offered to move us to another unit and we refused. We will be back to Redfish but not to this unit or any other units this firm manages.

Great Stay!

We had a great family vacation at Redfish Village! The condo was perfect for our family of four. We were able to walk down to Redfish Taco for dinner and drinks. The beach is a 5 minute walk or you can take the tram. We plan on returning next year!

Great rental- clean and in a great neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and would return again. The location is great! There are great resturants within walking distance and the ice cream is fabulous. We found the area very safe. We walked to the beach everyday. The beach is clean and wide. There is a shuttle but it was so close we did not need it. Also we were able to go to crab island and enjoy the Destin harbor area on a pooton rental just 10 minutes from the condo (Gator Roads Rental) and had an excellent experience. We were worried it might be too far from Destin, but it was perfect. The pool is fabulous. It is large and all age groups enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had one kid sleeping on the pull out couch and he was comfortable as well. We appreciated the large spacious bathrooms. The condo has lovely beach decor. The condo was in good condition, minus some flooring, but it was not bothersome. The floors were clean. The kitchen had a wide selection of pots and pans and sufficient dishes for our group of 8. If you plan to eat in bring extra dishwasher pods unless you like washing dishes as only two were provided for our five days. The dishwasher is small. The owner was responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend this place!

Great condo - great price - great stay. Home away from home.

We really enjoy this group of condos. This is our third stay at Red Fish Village, and this unit did not disappoint. Ownership was very responsive with a few check in questions which made us very comfortable. Covered parking spot was a great perk. Condo was very well kept and clean. And we had plenty of space to stretch out for our family of four.
