  • Esta lujosa casa de transporte, 'Goin' Coastal 'en WaterColor es el alquiler de vacaciones perfecto. Está separado de la gran casa privada y su espaciosa habitación tipo estudio con techos de 15 pies y hermosos pisos de madera se adapta a las necesidades de los amigos en una escapada, una pareja en un fin de semana romántico o una pequeña familia con espacio para Un par de niños pequeños. Además de la lujosa cama queen trineo, también hay un sofá cama queen convertible y mucho espacio para cunas o equipaje adicional.

    El amplio y cómodo sofá es el lugar perfecto para ver eventos deportivos o películas frente al gran televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina es ideal para comidas rápidas y tiene una nevera de tamaño completo, fregadero y microondas. No hay estufa, horno o lavadora / secadora, ya que suponemos que disfrutará de uno de los muchos restaurantes de la zona y no cocinará ni lavará la ropa mientras esté de vacaciones. El baño completo incluye una ducha, bañera y una gran área de lavamanos con espacio para extenderse mientras se prepara para salir a cenar o dar un paseo por nuestras playas de aguas cristalinas para ver nuestras increíbles puestas de sol.

    La acogedora cochera se encuentra en una esquina tranquila en la Fase II y da a un hermoso estanque. Estamos a unos pasos de una de las siete hermosas piscinas de WaterColor.

We absolutely loved our trip to Watercolor and cannot wait to go back! The owner was so friendly and communicative. The property was clean and we loved the location. It was definitely one of the best trips we’ve taken to Florida and we will for sure try to stay here again if it’s available!

We had a wonderful stay! Beth was incredibly communicative, kind, and such a pleasure to work with. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The access to WaterColor amenities was a huge bonus. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Terrific place to stay for a couple or small family. Beautifully decorated. Cozy feel, yet a nice roomy space. Hosts are so friendly and helpful.

Off street parking was occasionally difficult but you really didn’t need your car once on the property. House is closer to the Camp Watercolor for kids. You can walk or take the trolley transportation for the beach and adult pool. Area very pretty. Very close to a Public’s.

Everything about our stay was just perfect. We are already planning our return trip. Beth made us feel right at home and the trip couldn’t have been more enjoyable.The amenities were extraordinary and the location was absolutely amazing!
The trolly took us right to the Beach Club where we spent most every day. Plus wonderful shopping and restaurants were all easily accessible.

Such a wonderfully appointed space to relax and unwind at the beach! Everything was aesthetically pleasing with every detail and amenity thoughtfully curated for guests. The beach club access was wonderful and allowed us to have pool access before check in and after check out. Beth has to be the nicest and most thoughtful host we've ever encountered!! She was the highlight of the stay! We will definitely be back!

The Carriage House was beautifully appointed, well provisioned and the perfect size for the two of us although it can sleep two more. There were plenty of supplies and our host Beth was a very kind and welcoming person. We will definitely come back to this property.

The carriage house is very nice and close to everything in Water Color Resort. Beth was an amazing host giving us lots of ideas to do things with our kids and place to eat. We recommend renting a golf cart as its fun to zip around the neighborhood with them. The trolly at Water Color is also great as well. We will be back!

The carriage house was exactly as it was described. Perfect location, walkable to all the amenities and very comfortable. The property manager was hands down the best host EVER!!! Will be staying here again.

Before I even got to the house, I felt very welcomed by Beth (host). The place was very amazing. There were plenty of amenity and everything I needed for the stay. Beth kept checking on me throughout my stay to make sure I got everything I need. The neighbor, the beach, the pools, the parks, the shops, everything was very scenic and amazing! Beth also offered to checking in way early and to check out wayyy late. More than all, Beth’s kindness made our stay double enjoyable. Very worth every penny spent!

Everything was perfect. It felt like home…VERY clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to absolutely everything and the neighborhood was SO quiet. Watercolor is my favorite town on 30A, having access to 9 pools is a huge plus. We spent our time at the pool by the beach…the sunsets are amazing! I really appreciated the open communication with Beth, she reached out once I booked with lots of helpful information and she welcomed questions and made me feel like family staying there. I will definitely be back!
