Spacious Condo on Private Beach

Our family-friendly, three-bedroom, three-bath condominium at Blue Mountain Beach Condominium is located on a private beach on Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida only five minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach and 15 minutes from Sandestin. Our condo is on the second floor, is newly decorated, and has high-speed wireless internet. The master bedroom, with its private balcony and bathroom Jacuzzi, and second bedroom, with a private bath, each have queen-size beds, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, allowing for a maximum of eight guests. A full bath is located in the hall next to the third bedroom. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo. We have a pack n' play and high chair, and there is a local business that you can contact to deliver a baby crib and baby necessities to our unit during your stay. We have additional beach chairs and an umbrella in our storage room available for your use. A fully equipped fitness center is on the third floor and an outdoor basketball court is on-site. There is covered parking for one of your vehicles and outside parking for additional vehicles. All 48 units in this four-story complex open onto a 50-foot-high indoor atrium with sofas, tables and chairs. Our condo faces east and is a few steps along the atrium to the elevator and stairs to the first floor and out to the pool area and beach. The pool and hot tub serving the condo units overlook the emerald waters and crystal white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool and hot tub area is gated, with keypad access for privacy.
Our condo complex is located between The Retreat and The Village at White Cliffs, two upscale single family subdivisions on the gulf, and about midway between Destin and Panama City Beach (20 to 25 miles from each), away from the congestion but close enough for a trip into either. We are within minutes of concerts, wine tastings, and other events at Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach. The condo is only 15 minutes from Sandestin and Baytowne Wharf and some of the best golf courses in the country. Silver Sands outlet mall is about 15 minutes away. Great restaurants are just down the road and there are deep sea fishing charters out of Destin and Panama City. There are also fishing charters available on Choctawhatchee Bay. A walking and bike path is located along two-lane Hwy 30A, with bike and golf cart rentals a few minutes away.

Amazing!

We take a family beach trip for a week each summer. This condo surpassed all our expectations. SUPER clean and everyone was very helpful- security guard, our chair valet but especially the host!! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!!

Perfect for Family!

We loved everything about our stay…it was perfect for ALL of us: grandparents, daughter and son-in-law, 3 grands, and our youngest who is still in college! The condo was super fresh and clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and the ocean front location made our trips, back and forth during the day, very easy! We loved the local ice cream spots and bakery too! I would definitely recommend this location for a family getaway that allows easy access to the beach and fun for all ages! Also, the beach set up with two chairs with an umbrella was an added bonus! Thanks for letting us enjoy 30A! Pattie Louisville, KY

Great condo on the beach

Owners had good communication to get us check-in information. Unit was clean and nice. Kitchen well supplied. Great location for the condo, right on the beach. It comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella that get set up on the beach every day by a 3rd party which keeps you from luggging that stuff down. Parking deck under the building that 1 car can use (keeps car dry/cool) and other cars park in a nearby lot behind a gate. All-in-all, a very fun stay!

Bucy Review: Blue Mountain Beach - Stokes Condominium -July 2022

We have a great time. The condo was perfect and could not have been better for us. The condo was right on the beach and the location of it between Seaside and Destin was away from much of the traffic. The kitchen was well equipped; the condo itself quite spacious. It also had a wonderful pool which our grandchildren exspecially enjoyed.

Family vaycay to Santa Rosa

My family (wife & I, 8yo, 6yo, 3yo + grandparents in mid-60s) vacationed the last week of July. We loved every day we were there and the condo was exceptional! Bunk room was perfect for our 3 kids, grandparents had their own room with private bathroom and we enjoyed the master suite. We picked this condo instead of other listings because of the the patio set up…we loved it with the comfy couch and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the outdoor table….plus the patio was great to still be outside when we had a 60 min rainstorm during a few mornings. The owners also allowed us to have access to their beach storage locker and the chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were great. Since we have little kids we went to the pool 2-3 times each day. Suggest renting bikes for the week as we enjoyed rides to Beach Place Santa Rosa, Blue Mountain, and little further to Grayton Breach for breakfast. Also suggest renting a stand up paddle board from the chair boys at the beach…we loved paddling out to the deep blue water. Overall this was a top family vacation and a week we will talk about for many years to come.

Blue Mountain

This space was perfect for our family! Plenty of room, right on the beach, quiet, and clean. The property owner was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed and knew all details before arrival. Garage locker was a huge plus so we weren’t dragging sandy beach gear through the condo building.

Beautiful resort and location

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Bill and Cathy's condo. The communication with them was great and they do everything possible to make sure someone's stay is a good one. The condo is very spacious and the living area had plenty of space for our family to hang out together. There are two balconies which provide plenty of room to lounge, eat and enjoy the outdoors. Even though there is not an ocean view (although you can see a smidge of ocean from main balcony when standing on a chair ;) ) you can hear the ocean waves from the balconies and it is very relaxing and soothing to sit outside. The condo building is not a large complex so the beach and pool did not get overly crowded even on a busy Memorial Day weekend. There is a company that sets up beach chairs and umbrellas to rent by the day or the week. Only downfall with rental would be they are first come everyday as far as which location you get assigned (even if you rented for the week). The guys start assigning rental locations about 8:30. Our experience was get out there in line by 7 if you want a chair set up on front row. You can hire the same rental company to organize a beach bon-fire for you at night (smores included). We did this one night with a couple other families on vacation with us who stayed in different condo units. We loved the condo and hopefully will have an opportunity to stay there again. Everything was fantastic!

Owner was very responsive! Place was very nice as advertised and clean!

Family had a great time at condo! Plenty of room for all! We would stay there again! Lots of kitchen utensils, ice maker is awesome! The storage cage in parking garage was huge and a TREMENDOUS help getting our stuff to beach/pool!

Annual Cousins Club Trip

Love this place! So cozy, well appointed kitchen and really comfy beds. The owners were so great too. The complex is perfect for multiple families to stay in their own units and still all be together at the beach. Great week, thanks!!

Beautiful private beach/quiet stay

We enjoyed Spring Break. We had two adults and two teens, 14 and 17. The unit is immaculate and well appointed. The complex is unique and although there is not an ocean view from the unit, it really didn’t matter bc the view of palms is peaceful and the view from pool deck that is very close was amazing. We were afraid of busy Florida at Easter but we had a quiet stay in the condo and on the beach we were not crowded beyond comfort. It’s nice the condo owner provides chairs and umbrellas bc the beach attendant chairs would be pricey if used every day ($40/day). The pool and hot tub did get crowded bc beach air was chilly a few days, but that’s fine. You can’t ask for a more beautiful peaceful beach and a nice staff. Plenty of activities and restaurants nearby on the 30a. Parking was easy. We would return without hesitation.

Perfect getaway

We planned this trip with family and friends as a "Covid" break. We wanted to be able to stay there all week and cook and do laundry like at home (just in a different location). The location relative to the beach was fabulous and the unit was perfect. The unit was VERY clean and inviting and had every cooking utensil known to man!! LOTS of space and the patio was wonderful! Owners were very easy to contact before, during and after the stay. Storage cages in garage were convenient and saved a lot of "hauling" of beach toys! The beach was a short walk. Although not the fault of the owner but the beach space allowed to the condo unit was a bit crowded....but overall would return to this unit again! Had a GREAT week with family and friends with plenty of room to spread out (for sanity) when necessary!

Beautiful beach, great condo!

We had the most relaxing week, and having never been to Destin before we discovered another beautiful Florida beach! The condo is beautifully furnished and it was perfect for our family. We didn't have to eat out for every meal. But there were definitely many great restaurants nearby where we could sit outside. What a great place to practice social distancing!😊
