Make our happy place your vacation happy place at Rollin Tide C7 "Think Happy Thoughts". This modern and updated 1-bedroom unit can sleep up 5 guests and is dog friendly. From the 2nd floor you'll have a beautiful view of the heated pool and lush landscaping. A short walk takes you to convenient beach access.

The bedroom includes a queen bed, TV and private bathroom. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a twin bed nook. This unit has everything you need to enjoy a great 30A vacation.

The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for children and adults to walk, play or ride bikes in a beautiful and safe environment. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, surfing and building a sandcastle. Just a short one and a half mile walk or bike ride using the paved bikeways takes your to nearby Seaside. Experience amazing food, unique shopping, free outdoor concerts, outdoor family movies, wine festivals, unique art festivals, live theater, art galleries, arts and craft shows, antique car shows and good old hometown parades. Sunset anywhere on 30A is a must.

Beach Access:
Seagrove Beach Regional Access is located just 0.2 mile from the complex, about a 4-minute walk or a quick 1-minute bike ride or drive. This public access offers convenient entry to the shoreline, along with parking for 23 vehicles, dedicated bike parking, restrooms, ADA accessibility, and rinse showers.

On top of that, we are known for fishing, dining, golfing, tennis, boating, skiing, and unique local shopping or the huge outlet mall in Sandestin (20 minutes away). It is absolutely one of the most wonderful and relaxing places in the world. If you desire a little more strenuous activity, jump in the car and take a short ride to Panama City or Destin for the theme parks, water parks and other attractions. In other words, whatever your interests and desires are, everything for your best vacation ever is right here!

Clean and comfortable

Great condo, small but the furniture and updated decor made it enjoyable. Stayed 2 nights and needed more toilet paper and paper towels because we cooked and utilized the kitchen often. coffee filters provided for the coffee we brought. by the way NO COFFEE SHOPS open before 7 am so I was happy to enjoy coffee on the balcony

Reviewer Comments: It was good but sadly the Destin area has been over developed and there are too many people, cars and congestion to make many future trips to Florida in the future. After 37 years and many great trips, it is time to call it quits.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit, complex and neighbors were all WONDERFUL. We found beach access to be difficult as so much to that area is ‘Private’. We were so disappointed to have to make the decision to leave two days early and lose money. Our decision was based on the track of the hurricane. It was tracking along our entire drive north to Ohio and we were concerned about driving in torrential rain, flooding and power loss that could impact us getting home safe.

Winter Get Away

We enjoyed our stay very much. The management was very easy to talk to, and very prompt on answering any questions and deal with . This was our first VRBO experience and I have to say we picked the right spot in the right place. We stayed for a month and had a great time and would recommend you to anybody who is wishing to come . The rental was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The noise with the cupboards from the renter next-door could get loud at times but overall we had a great stay. Management was very on spot with the details to everything we needed prior to coming while we were there and as we were leaving. We were in walking distance to most things or a short drive to shops, eateries, beach etc . It was nice to sit out on the balcony and read a book and the pool area was very nice and relaxing to enjoy the sunshine. Thanks again for letting us stay at your Vrbo. The Bauers

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I had a great experience at Rollin Tide C7. We found the unit exactly as described and were able to enjoy spring break due to having everything we needed in this little gem. The location is convenient to the beach and local restaurants, and far enough off the road that the noise from spring breakers wasn't even noticed. We did have a little ant issue that was easily remedied with some spray that was found under the sink. We also accidentally left behind a few clothing items that we'd like to retrieve, yet the process to get those back has not been an easy one. The pool says heated but it wasn't on, so many of the vacationers were complaining since the weather was so cool and couldn't provide any heat. Overall, I'd stay there again and was happy with the spot.

Absolutely Perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on January 20th in the Santa Rosa Beach area. We booked a rental at the Rolling Tides condos A-1 bottom floor, and it was nice, a tiny bit dusty but still very satisfied with our 12 day stay. Then we moved to a small house a 1/2 block away and “that property was managed by VACASA, OMG that property was a total mistake for us, we battled fleas, and spent 15 days of our 30 day stay riding them from the place and our dog! It took me 4 hours to remove the dirt and dust before unpacking as the moment we walked in I had a sore throat from the smell and unbearable amount of dust “especially under the beds”!!! Now, let’s get to good Brother and his wife wanted to visit this area for 3 nights so we booked with Benchmark for this lovely property at The Rolling Tides C-7 which was upstairs facing west over the pool...OMG...this place was spotless and even I couldn’t find anything that needed cleaning 😍...it was beautifully decorated and since it faced west, they had a bit of lovely sunshine in the afternoon “which felt wonderful on a February day”... the only reason my Husband and I didn’t book that property was that it didn’t have a King bed!! But if we ever go back to that area...I would definitely stay there even if I had to sleep on the pull out. Benchmark property management team deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review!!
