This condo conveys with a seasoned rental history - Enjoy the many amenities of Gulf Place including: 3 pools, hot tubs, deeded beach access and tennis courts, while being just steps to the Gulf Place shops, artists' colony, restaurants and outdoor festivals the area is famous for!

** 30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**

The 25-acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to offer a one stop vacation destination with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, a nature walking trail, plentiful green space, tennis, pools and more.
