This bright 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a cozy queen bed and a convenient sofa sleeper. From the 2nd-floor balcony, enjoy views of the palm tree-lined pool, a great spot to unwind with a good book while the kids splash and play below.

Beach Access:
From the front of the complex, head down Sugar Sand Lane and across 30A. Turn right to get on the bike trail and across from Tom Thumb is your beach access.

Rollin Tide Villas:
Rollin Tide Villas is a small, quiet, family friendly complex. It offers one of the largest pools in Seagrove Beach … with plenty of lounge chairs around the pool deck. It is also heated in the spring, March through mid-April. The complex is clean and well maintained with excellent manicured landscaping including seasonal flowers and beautiful palm trees. Within walking distance you will find everything that you need during your vacation. Take a quick stroll to the public beach access across Scenic 30A.

Seagrove Beach:
Located only 1.5 miles from the heart of Seaside, this picturesque coastal community with shops and restaurants is a short bike ride away. You can also walk to nearby fine dining at Café Thirty A, grab fresh seafood at Goatfeather's, pizza at Angelina's. Venture out on an enjoyable bike ride to the many bike trails in the area. For the slightly more adventurous, there’s Eastern Lake Trail, located within Point Washington State Forest. The trail system has 3-mile, 5-mile and 10-mile trail loops.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
