This was such a perfect little place, it had everything we needed for making a simple breakfast, beds were so comfy and location was great, we enjoyed walking to the center but had convenient bikes to ride as well. We felt very at home here, book this place you won’t be disappointed! I will be back again!

30A sister trip

This space was the perfect home base for our 30A sister trip! We loved the proximity to Seaside and Rosemary Beach - the walkability and bike ability were perfect! The beach was so close to this rental and so convenient. The host was very responsive to all questions.

Beautiful and great location

We loved our stay! The property had everything we needed to enjoy our beach trip, including beach chairs and bikes, nice kitchen for simple meals/heating up food, and cozy beds. The location was a very short walk to the beach - 5 minutes - through a quiet neighborhood. The closest beaches were beautiful and not as crowded as the surrounding beaches. I would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Property

We loved our time at this property. It definitely has a Cali vibe and is well appointed and maintained. We had a car but you don’t need one. Seaside and Watercolor are a quick walk or bike ride from this spot. It’s easy to walk to Seagrove Market, the beach and Watercolor shopping center. The property has everything you need before you head out on your way!

Stayed here for a weekend trip with friends and loved it! Awesome location in a great neighborhood within walking distance to beach and seaside town center. The carriage house had everything we needed for our stay.

The BEST for families!

We have stayed with Lea twice and each time has been so wonderful. The space is perfect for families with kids and is close to the beach. She is the most wonderful host and makes us feel welcome each time!

Cute Cottage!

This is a great property! The location is perfect and within short walking distance to the beach and also Seaside. Everything we needed was provided and the unit was very clean. We had great communication with the host prior to and during our stay. Also the bathroom had a great showerhead. We will hope to come back again another time.

Wonderful experience and location

Lovely apartment. Perfect location with the beach being a short walk down the street. Really enjoyed the bicycles that we had access to. Extremely happy with our overall stay. Lea was responsive and helpful with directions to different places.

Perfect!

This rental location was perfect for our small, young family. It was walking distance from the beach, close enough to restaurants and Publix for convenience, but far enough away for a quiet, tranquil night. Highly recommend- I would definitely book again.

We had the best time. The property is located very close to the beach, is in a wonderful area, and Lea was so nice and accommodating. Our entire family loved staying here, and would highly recommend!
