  • Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

    This Gulf front condominium is located in Compass Point I, part of a private, gated community at Watersound Beach. Overlooking pristine white dunes and emerald waters, this unique unit has the view, space and modern amenities to make your vacation perfect.

    It features a spectacular great room with views of the Gulf and spectacular dunes. Two balconies provide outdoor dining / seating space and additional views of the water and sugar white dunes.

    Modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All china, glassware, cookware and utensils provided. A convenient work space with desk is adjacent to kitchen and living area.

    Every bedroom has a view of the water. The spacious master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet has a spectacular bathroom with over-size tub, separate shower and his/her sinks.

    The middle bedroom is perfect for children or another couple. It has a queen bed, double closet, full bath and comfortable sitting area overlooking the dunes.

    The third bedroom is great for kids offering double bunk beds, ample closet space, and a full bath with both tub and shower.

    All bedrooms have new smart TV's.

    Easy access to two swimming pools is just a few steps away. The walk to the beach is just 3 minutes. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Other amenities include the Dunesider grill (adjacent to swimming pool), a yacht pond and putting green. There is access to the fitness center for a nominal fee. Garage parking and elevator access.

    Watersound Beach is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

    This unit is rented by the actual owner. There are no property managers involved.

This condo is absolutely STUNNING. Photos are perfectly accurate and the view is just to die for. Jeannie was so helpful and easy to communicate with. Watersound is a quaint little neighborhood…with 4 small children we really almost never needed to leave :)

After our Jamaica trip was cancelled due to the hurricane, my fiancé and I found this beautiful property and it turned out to be the perfect getaway! The views of the dunes and ocean were absolutely stunning, and the quick walk to the beach along the pathways made every day feel special.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts Jeannie and Greg were wonderful and made everything easy from start to finish. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning to come back!Michele & Steve

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation with our college age children. The condo is absolutely wonderful and we would love to stay again. Communication is excellent if you have any questions. I love to cook and the kitchen has everything you need! Loved our family vacation! We definitely hope to return!

Perfect Beach Getaway
