Cozy Poolside Retreat is a laid-back coastal escape just a short walk from the beach. Spend your days relaxing by the shared pool, enjoying the sunshine, and unwinding in a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

The space offers air conditioning, hot water, and reliable WiFi, with a comfortable setup for remote work. Guests enjoy shared outdoor areas for dining, lounging, or spending easy afternoons poolside.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool and shared outdoor spaces, including a patio and outdoor dining areas. These common areas are shared with other guests staying on the property and are intended for relaxed, respectful use.

Private rooms are separate from shared areas and provide a comfortable space to rest and work. Guests are kindly asked to help keep shared spaces clean and tidy by picking up after themselves.

Guests have access to their private casita, as well as shared areas including the swimming pool and outdoor spaces. Other rooms and private areas are not accessible to guests.

I’m happy to give guests their space while remaining available whenever needed—just a call or message away.

Guests are welcomed at check-in to receive their keys and, if helpful, a brief orientation. Self check-in is available for arrivals after 5:00 PM, and self check-out is available for departures before 8:00 AM, offering flexibility and convenience.

Welcome to the tranquil and picturesque community of Agua Blanca, a hidden gem nested along the scenic coast of Oaxaca. Agua Blanca is renowned for its stunning, unspoiled beaches that stretch along the Pacific coast, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. This serene neighborhood offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility, making it an ideal location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life without sacrificing convenience.

-> Agua Blanca beach, is just a short five-minute walk from your doorstep, boasts soft sands and crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and a variety of water sports. Delicious food, from Olgitas, Mestiza, or Dona Mary amount so many.

-> For those who love nature and wildlife, the nearby Escobilla turtle sanctuary offers a unique experience to observe olive ridley sea turtles in their natural habitat.

Here are some examples with estimate travel times to places from Agua Blanca :

-> Zipolite Beach: Known for its laid-back atmosphere and clothing-optional policy, Zipolite offers excellent surfing, beachfront bars, and stunning sunsets. Approximately 30 minutes by car.

-> Punta Cometa: Located near Mazunte, this scenic viewpoint offers breathtaking vistas of the Pacific Ocean and is an ideal spot for watching sunsets or stargazing. Around 30 minutes by car.

-> La Ventanilla: An ecotourism community where you can take boat tours through the mangroves, observe wildlife such as crocodiles and iguanas, and visit a sea turtle conservation project. Around 30 minutes by car.

-> Puerto Escondido: About 30 to 45 min by car. known for its vibrant nightlife, shopping, and dining options. This gives you the flexibility to enjoy a quiet day by the sea or venture out for some urban entertainment.

-> Huatulco: A resort region known for its nine bays and numerous beaches. Explore the pristine waters of Bahias de Huatulco National Park, go snorkeling or diving, and enjoy the vibrant nightlife and dining scene. Around 1.30 hours by car.

-> Cascadas de Llano Grande: A series of stunning waterfalls nestled in the lush mountains of the Sierra Madre del Sur. Take a refreshing dip in the natural pools and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes by car.

We recommend using a car to moved to other places is easier and faster

Public transport is within 10 min walking distance & connects to many locations

Transportation can be arranged to and from the Puerto Escondido(PXM), or Huatulco (HUX) airport with an additional fee.

We have other properties if you are interested in a bigger place or want to bring more people just ask.

Please remember that you`re staying in a apartamentos, please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Cleaning inside is provided once a week for stay of 6 days or more, lawn maintenance is twice a week & pool/common area maintenance is daily except for Sundays.

We`re committed to sustainability and use green energy. We have solar panels, septic tanks, well water, cisterns that hold water for back up and our water system are supplied via gravity to save energy, and is a self-sustained paradise.

★ EARLY CHECK IN or late check out more than two hours ( a nightly rate is apply) may require extra fees (1/3 the nightly rate) and early check in it may not be available if another guest is checking out on the same day as your check in★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM | Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors.
• Smoking: No smoking inside the rooms. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Guests & visitors: Registered guests only. No parties, events, or unapproved visitors.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Care of the space: Please keep your room and shared areas reasonably clean and pick up after yourself so everyone can enjoy the space.
• Air conditioning use: Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room to help conserve energy.
• Pool & towels: Pool towels and all property towels are for on-site use only and may not be taken off the property or used at the beach.
• Pool & shared areas: Pool use is at your own risk. Please shower before entering the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Laundry service: Washer and dryer are available for an additional fee. Please ask in advance if you wish to use this service.
• Workspace & WiFi: WiFi is provided for general use and remote work. Please be mindful of others when using shared spaces.
• Keys & security: Please lock your room and gates when leaving. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
• Drugs & illegal activities: The use, possession, or sale of drugs and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited on the property.
• Subletting: Subletting, transferring the reservation, or hosting unregistered guests is not permitted.
• General: Failure to comply with these house rules may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
