Què no li ha agradat: Personal i servei, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The outside of the place is nice with pools and beach access, but that’s about where it ends.
The inside was a disaster. Rooms are older which is fine but our room had massive electrical issues shorting out and sounded like wires were ready to catch on fire. Notified management who wanted us to wait in the room at 10pm to see if they could fix it and after an hour we had to ask for another room, it wasn’t offered. Changed to the room next door and the AC didn’t work. It powered on but no air coming out. Requested a refund as it was 11pm and I was tired did not want to keep changing rooms for things to not work and was denied. I walked out anyways. Maybe this place will be better after they finish renovations but currently sept 2025 its not worth it, was not even able to stay. I was so disappointed as I had booked the king deluxe room with a private pool as a special treat for the end of my trip.
The other thing that is weird here is that if you are at the pool and you order drinks and food you have to pay for food and drinks separately even though you are in the same area.
