This wonderful estate in Santa Margarita with panoramic views of the calm sea on the horizon.
Son Vador has privileged views from its swimming pool area (10 x 5m) surrounded by sun loungers and freshly cut green grass. A space to play and feel the pure Mediterranean air.
This excellent house with modern architecture has an exterior porch that serves as a dining area for barbecues that are celebrated around the rectangular table where everyone can gather.
The interior of the Son Vador house is all comfort and harmony.
The living room is very spacious, and bright with natural light entering through the large windows. With furniture of straight lines, the large brown sofa stands out, inviting you to settle in and read a good book during your well-deserved holidays. A Jorja fireplace and a smart TV on the wall, WiFi connection and AC complete the best of a living room.
The dining area is distinguished by the contrast of white and glass in the materials chosen for the table and chairs that form it, illuminated by two lamps hanging from the ceiling. A very elegant dining area.
Their kitchen will surprise you: some floor-to-ceiling windows that let in daylight, the predominant white colour, and well-distributed furniture, which makes it easier to prepare their most delicious dishes.
One of the sleeping areas is the master bedroom, located on the first floor. A very elegant bedroom with a king-size bed, a wardrobe that serves to delimit the room; it has an ensuite bathroom with two washbasins and a stunning bathtub that make this bedroom a refuge for its privacy.
The second bedroom in blue tones, has two single beds with very comfortable mattresses in which to sleep all night without interruptions.
The second bathroom, decorated in the same style as the first, very modern: it has a shower and two washbasins in the open air.
The third bedroom has two single beds with very comfortable mattresses in salmon and garnet tones and white gathered curtains.
The fourth bedroom has a double wooden bed painted white. It has a door with access to the terrace.
