  • The fantastic Can Frit estate is located in a perfect place: just 5 kilometers from the beautiful white sand beach in the north of Mallorca.



    The house has a swimming pool of 8m x 4m surrounded by nature and vegetation, as well as several rest areas: both an outdoor relaxation area with umbrellas, 4 sun loungers and a balinese for sunbathing.



    The house is very well distributed. On the ground floor is the kitchen with direct access to the bright and spacious dining room, which opens directly to the terrace. On the terrace you can enjoy views of the pool and outdoor barbecue furniture. There is also a cozy living room with a very comfortable chaise longue, a room with two beds and a bathroom with a shower.



    And on the upper floor is the second bedroom, with a double bed and an area dedicated to reading or teleworking.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Der Pool und die Umgebung sind wunderbar und laden zur Abkühlung ein. Der Besitzer des Hauses hat uns persönlich willkommen geheissen und stand bei Fragen zur Verfügung.

Ein großartiger Urlaub in der wunderschönen Finca can Frit

Die Finca hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen, in nahezu Alleinlage aber nur ein paar Minuten zu wunderschönen Stränden, wir hatten Ruhe und pure Erholung. Der Gastgeber war so herzlich und hat uns bestens versorgt / wir hatten alles für die ersten Tage und sogar Wein und liebevoll ausgesuchte Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung. Wir können den Urlaub nur empfehlen

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen, Abschalten und zum Erholen. Von dort sind alle Teile Mallorcas gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Küchenausstattung (Grundzubehör Gewürze, Öl) fehlten leider.

Private & relaxing

This property was exactly what we were looking for to start our European vacation. Just a 5 km drive from Can Picafort allowed us the option to “just go with it”.... spend the day around the pool, day trips around the island, dinner out and of course dinner at the villa experimenting with local wines. The owner is very gracious, helpful. We are Canadian and he was very patient with our “broken Spanish/Catalan”. Loved this villa!

Tolle Finca im Nord-Osten Mallorcas

Die Finca hat eine ruhige ländliche Lage auf einem tollen Grundstück mit schönem Pool und unterschiedlichen Sitzmöbeln. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Bäder zweckmäßig und sauber und die Räumlichkeiten für vier Personen großzügig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider hat das Doppelbett aus Holz geknarzt, was uns etwas gestört hat. Ansonsten war es eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne noch einmal buchen.

Super Finca für individuellen Urlaub

Sehr zu empfehlende Finca für kleine Familien aber auch gut eignet für Ehepaare. Alles sauber, Pool perfekt! Funktionierende Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum. Am Pool ist wenig Schatten, aber das lässt sich wohl nicht ändern. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, begrüßte uns mit Wein und Obst! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr gut, man hat alle Informationen erhalten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen Obstteller, eine Flasche Sekt und eine Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank sowie eine Packung Chips vorgefunden. Am Anreisetag war Jaime der Vermieter abends kurz da und hat uns mit seinem Kompressor netterweise unsere Luftmatratzen aufgepumpt. Schöner Service! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in der schönen Finca Ca'n Frit.

This finca is just a dream, we had wonderful holidays here. It’s really comfortable and whatever you need it’s there!!!! The owner is very nice and will help you in whatever you may need!! I couldn’t recommend this finca enough. With the car you are 10 min away from the beach, it’s quite easy to go everywhere from here, this area had the most beautiful beaches that we saw on our he island! So if you are planning to travel to Mallorca, stay here you’ll love it. To have in the house the info from a taxi line just in case of an emergency!!! This said cause we had only a google link but not an address that we could give to a taxi driver

Traumurlaub

Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Die Finka war schöner als erwartet. Der Besitzer ist total freundlich und hat uns mit Wein, Oliven und Chips begrüßt. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und obwohl die Finka abgelegen ist, fühlt man sich durch eine Alarmanlage und ein elektronisches Tor sehr sicher. Ein zusätzlicher Waschraum mit einer zweiten Toilette und einer Dusche ist vorhanden und total praktisch, wenn man vom Pool nicht durch die Finka laufen möchte. Die Waschmaschine war neuwertig und es gibt neben einem Wäscheständer auch ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Die Küche fanden wir gut ausgestattet-ausreichend scharfe Messer vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Finca Bewertung Pro:- Sauberkeit: selten eine so saubere Unterkunft in Spanien gehabt!- Es gibt ein zweites Badezimmer, was von außen zugänglich ist. Das wird nirgendwo beschrieben, ist aber sehr praktisch - Keine direkten Nachbarn- Großzügiger schöner Pool- Viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten- Sehr schnelle Hilfe nach schwerem Unwetter (Stromausfall in der ganzen Region, es gibt kein Backup, das elektrische Tor zu öffnen, wir sind also über den Zaun gestiegen und haben das Auto draußen stehen gelassen)- Kerzen und Solarleuchten, sehr gemütlich und praktisch- Gute KlimaanlagenContra:- Masterbett zu klein (140x200) und knarzt extrem. Der Raum ist riesig. Warum steht hier kein größeres Bett? Der Schlafkomfort ließ so zu wünschen übrig.- Ruhe: normalerweise ruhig, stellenweise extrem laut. Zwei Nächte wurde nebenan das Feld gepflügt (bis weit nach Mitternacht); teilweise wird in der Nähe Motocross gefahren; Fluglärm- Die Ausstattung auf den Bildern entspricht nur noch teilweise den Tatsachen- Geschirrspüler reinigt nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir haben mindestens die Hälfte mit der Hand abgewaschen- Keine Fliegengase vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern- Zu wenig Ablagefläche und Haken im Bad (den Schrank auf dem Bild gibt es nicht mehr)- Keine Beschreibung zur Alarmanlage (die nach einem Stromausfall piepste)- Nach dem schweren Unwetter: Wasser in mehreren Räumen, Dach und Fenster teilweise undicht. Elektrisches Tor wurde für den Rest des Urlaubs nicht mehr repariert.

Authentique et très calme

Grande maison, très bien équipée. Lits confortables, très grande chambre à l'étage pour dormir avec les enfants. Propre et bien entretenu. Très calme (on entend juste les brebis, les agneaux et les petits oiseaux). Piscine non chauffée donc impossible de se baigner en avril mai malheureusement. La déco mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Super schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht.. die Finca ist perfekt für Familien und hat einen tollen typischen mallorquinischen Charme. Finca liegt ruhig und abgelegen.. trotz erreicht man Strand und Geschäfte mit dem Auto sehr schnell. Herrlicher Osterurlaub

Meine Frau und ich haben den Aufenthalt in der ruhig gelegenen Finca Can Frit sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Jaime hat uns als Gastgeber bei der Ankunft alles gezeigt und uns immer wieder mit Holz für den Kaminofen versorgt. Von Can Frit aus sind viele Wanderziele gut erreichbar.
