Das Loft ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr große Terrasse, welche einen beruhigenden Aufblick auf das Meer bietet. Die Gegend ist ruhig und befindet sich in einer mit Schranken abgesicherten Wohlsiedlung. Das Loft bietet zwei getrennte Bäder mit Waschbecken und Toilette, jedoch nur über eine gemeinsame Dusche, welche über beide Bäder zugänglich ist. Die beiden Schlafbereiche können durch Vorhänge abgetrennt werden. Als Paar hat uns der Aufenthalt außerordentlich gut gefallen.

Chic Stay in Paradise

Tom was a dream to communicate with and his home was gorgeous! The photos hardly do the stunning view justice. It's even better in person. Indeed, there is a big set of stairs that one must climb/descend to get to the loft and the bedrooms lack a little privacy but we had zero issue with either! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property and friendly hosts

Tom and his wife were fantastic hosts , we had the best time in the property and we will definitely be back . Everything is as described, modern , functional with breath taking views . We stayed 11 days and could not be happier !

Heerlijk genoten.

Alles was uitstekend, uniek zicht, zeer smaakvol ingericht en proper. Enkel de gordijnen die gebruikt worden om de slaapkamers af te zonderen, zijn minder privé wanneer u hier verblijft met vrienden/kinderen/... Hier zou beter een muur worden geplaatst (bij tenminste 1 slaapkamer).

Blissful Stay

We had a wonderful week at Tom’s home. The location is stunning and peaceful, yet only 20 minutes from Ibiza town. The house had everything we needed and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We particularly enjoyed spending time on the spacious terrace, taking in the breathtaking views of the coastline while savoring home-cooked meals. The home is ideal for families, though the bedrooms offer limited privacy. However, it was perfect for our needs, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Tom and Corrine, for everything!

Great view but flawed

We were a party of 3, 2 in their seventies and one lady who is 89 There were 39 steps down to the property and no hand rail. This massively affected our holiday every time we left the property and when we returned. No mention of this on your website. Property is totally unsuitable for older people, familes and anyone with disabilities. We did not appreciate that the 2 bedroom's were actually sleeping areas with just curtains instead of walls. So no privacy as a result. We also did not realise that there is only one shower room that is shared by the bedrooms. The website is misleading when it states 2 bedooms each with ensuite shower room. Overall very disappointing cinsidering how much we paid.

Magical Roca Llisa

Tom our host has a amazing property situated in one of the best spots in Ibiza . The location is set in the hills of ibiza . You are taken back by the gorgeous views and will not be disappointed! . I would highly recommend this place to stay . It is clean and great communication from our host . I car is recommended and Taxi’s can be a bit of a hit and miss i would suggest to get a number of a local taxi’s who can then communicate with you directly to arrange transportation when you do not what to use a car. Other then that 10/10 for this place, warmth a home away from home. Thanks Tom !

Perfecto!

The property was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations- the views are amazing, peaceful and quite evenings, a comfortable respite from the busy hustle of nearby Ibiza. Tom was a great host and very responsive to questions that came up.

Urlaubstraum

Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios. Zu zweit kann man die Wohnung absolut genießen, es ist sehr sauber, super eingerichtet und selbst im Herbst wunderschön, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und die Sonne zu spüren. Und für frischere Temperaturen gibt es genügend Decken, Kerzen und leckeren Wein. Eine absolute Empfehlung für Ibizafans im Oktober. Anette

Excelente experiencia de diseño y confort.

El lugar es precioso, la vista desde la terraza y desde cualquier punto de la casa es espectacular. Todo el equipamiento es de alta calidad y muy cuidado. Diseño y confort.
