Enjoy this cozy home centralized in Watsonville. Smack dab in the middle between Santa Cruz, Monterey and Gilroy!

This newly remodeled home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. After a long day at work or play... enjoy a nice shower in the newly remodeled master bath featuring three shower heads. One of which is rain like.... to wash your day away!

Enjoy dinner and relax with your favorite beverage, watch some television in the living room or master bedroom or second bedroom.

Even on one of the spectacular Watsonville evenings, you can have dinner on the back patio with friends or watch your favorite game in the backyard on the outside television.

Whoops....you forgot your groceries! No problem, the brand new Staff of Life supermarket is in walking distance. Eat from their cafe or go to the adjoining Fruition brewery, Coffeeville coffee shop or nearby restaurants.

This home has so much comfort to offer! Including its location! Literally your in the middle of the state, and close to so many spectacular attractions. San Jose, San Francisco, Big Sur, Monterey, Santa Cruz and Gilroy which are perfect for a day time visit and be back home for dinner!

Activities nearby include beachcombing on miles of white sandy shoreline, kayaking and wildlife viewing at Elkhorn Slough, hiking and mountain biking at Nisene Marks State Park, dining at Sanderling’s restaurant at Seascape Resort, and golfing at Seascape Golf Course in nearby Aptos among many other golfing opportunities! Monterey is 24 miles to the south, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a short 14-mile drive. Also, many state parks are local to the area!

Let’s talk about the bedrooms:

Bedroom #1
Master bedroom; features a queen bed, a sitting chair and a 55” TV. It also, features a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with double Sinks, a walk-in shower with three shower heads and a sitting bench.

Bedroom #2:

Features a Daybed which is a twin and has an additional twin pull out. There is also a desk and chair in this room.

Bedroom #3
Features a queen bed, and 55” television.

The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is fully equipped, fresh filtered water, new appliances, gas stove & oven. All the pots, pans utensils you should need for your trip. As well we have a pretty well stocked spice collection.

We gave baby gates, all of our cabinets are child proofed, a high chair upon request as well as a pack and play. For the pooch we have: dog beds and bowls available.

Thank you for a great visit to Watsonville and surrounding areas. The Staff of Life grocery store out the back gate is amazing. We also enjoyed walks around the surrounding neighborhood, school and parks.

Perfect family getaway

This place was conveniently located behind a grocery store and brewery. We were able to walk there for last minute supplies and bbq in the backyard. Also all the provided beach items made our beach trip more fun.

The property is well kept and clean. The check in and check out process was simple. We were in town for my sisters wedding in Aptos. Unfortunately we were not able to take full advantage of the parks pass but would consider it for the future. Walking distance to a super cute brewery and coffee shop as well as a local grocery.

Nice outdoor space, very clean, kitchen with full supplies, very comfortable, a bit of a drive to Santa Cruz with traffic but also closer to Carmel and Monterey. Not very close to large roads. Nice touch that shampoo, body wash and hand soap in each bathroom Outside areas nice, can hear AM pick up of trash in shopping area behind the property but otherwise very quiet.but

Visiting Great Grandpa

This property was amazing for a family with kids. The outdoor area was my 2-year-old grandson's favorite place to play. They had lots of toys for kids to play with. Beach accessories included toys, towels & chairs.The kitchen was well stocked & the adults enjoyed the outdoor TV screen. I grew up in Watsonville but had not spent much time on this side of town. The location was great. It was a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a nice park for the kids, grocery store & brewery.We would definitely stay here again

Convenient

This property is set up very nicely for a family. It had a coffee station and miscellaneous spices so we were able to cook on property. When we walked in there was a very strong smell which we thought was the cleaning products that were used, but the odor never went away. It was so strong that everything we brought into the house had to be cleaned to remove the smell after we left. The living room was very cozy and the hosts did a great job preparing the home by having a lot of things that guests may need while they are there.

Love, love, love the house! It was the perfect size for our family to celebrate Christmas. The host put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations! I almost cried when I saw the thoughtful touch! Loved the coffee, spices, and amenities. The master bedroom bed was a dream. Loved all the games offered . The backyard is beautiful with great lighting and comfy seating. Thanksgiving on the coast

The home was very nice and clean and you could tell right when you walked in that it was well taken care of. From the comfortable furniture, the beautiful kitchen, the coffee bar to the backyard with it's TV, patio furniture and cafe lights strung across the yard we felt like we were in a luxury home. The owners didn't miss any details in this house. When we needed help getting the keypad reset to enter the home Jennifer took care of the situation within 5 minutes of our request. We cannot say enough good things about this home or the owners. Definitely giving them a 5 star review and plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and making our Thanksgiving one we'll never forget.

Excellent stay!

Nothing but great things to say about this property! All our needs were met including our fur baby. The biggest plus was the backyard. The yard was large and totally fenced in and had lots of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Bedrooms were accommodating and beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing place to stay

What a great place to stay and hang out with friends. The place was pristine. We didn't want for anything. So many cute things like Axe throwing kit and shuffle board. Thank you again. The place was less than 3 min away from the Santa Cruz Fairgrounds. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in with any wants or needs.

Wonderful!

We had a great vacation at this beautiful house. The owners were super responsive and the rental process was very easy. The home really had everything- a state park pass that we used a lot, beach towels and equipment, a fun outdoor space for family movie night after a long day of hiking, and very comfortable beds, and the list goes on. We would definitely stay again!

Watsonville stay

The state was fine. We were in the area for a family reunion. We stayed in the home with family and enjoyed the private backyard with morning coffee and watching the Olympics. The home was very nice and well kept. We really only used it for sleeping. We had one issue with the primary shower drain, but it was fixed same day and everything else was fine. Would stay there again in the future. The owner, Jennifer was great and communicated with me quickly.

Great House

This house was at the perfect central location for our family vacation. Having a CA State Park Pass to use was great too because there are lots of state parks in the vicinity. The beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Jennifer checked in to see if there was anything we needed even when they were going to be away themselves and I love when rental houses use your cell number as the code for the door so you can be sure it's being changed between guests. Fruition brewery was very close by too. If you like sour beers, they have some great beers. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home Jennifer!!
