"First of all, this hotel room looked nothing like the photos online, needs renovation badly, no fan in bathroom to air out -open window (ya kinda ghetto) there was a tweeker in the parking lot right outside I guess they were staying upstairs, he came in & out ALL NIGHT LONG starting his loud truck ..."

"Had trouble closing the bathroom door. Had to keep slamming it and it still wouldn't stay closed. Finally had to shove a bath towel to keep it from opening while I was taking a shower. I reported this to the front desk at checkout. Breakfast was not what I was expecting for the Hyatt, low quality ..."
