The ideal beach house only 3-5 minutes walk to popular Leadbetter Beach and 5-minute drive to downtown. This newly renovated property has a boutique hotel feel with all the comforts of home. All new furniture and amenities. Large 5-6 person jacuzzi spa in private/spacious backyard. Enclosed fencing for children and pets (by approval). 50" 4K TV with all the premium channels. Elegant kitchen setup for gourmet dinners. Weber grill and fire table for outdoor entertaining. 4 bikes, robes, Nespresso machine, etc.

We maintain the highest standards for cleanliness. Now more than ever, we conduct a thorough process that includes redundant checks of cleaning tasks, specific disinfection of touchpoints like doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and all surface areas top and sides. We use only organic, non-toxic, effective disinfectants. Your safety is a top priority.

People will book this home for the very close proximity to the beach and downtown, but you'll have a difficult time leaving the comfortable chic space.

The spacious corner lot is enclosed by a fence and gate structure for privacy and peace of mind especially with children and pets (by approval). The open floor design of the living, dining, and kitchen areas is perfect for sharing. Plenty of natural light and cool breeze flow through the entire home.

The living room features an oversized leather sofa and ottoman and large bamboo cradle love seat. The 50" 4K HD TV includes all premium channels and is placed above the functional gas fireplace. A stunning counter height natural redwood dining table is the perfect spot for a dinner.

A hallway leads to the first of two bathrooms with double vanities and bathtub. A queen bedroom and spacious king bedroom are adjacent and privately positioned. On the opposite side of the floor plan is the 3rd bedroom which has a queen bed. Adjacent is the newly renovated 4th bedroom California King suite with high ceilings, 4K TV, Alexa, and an extra mini-fridge. All furnishings are brand new as of June 2020 and each room is well lit with ceiling fans. The kitchen is stocked with premium cookware including All-Clad. High-grade dishware and preparation/presentation accessories for a delicious dinner.

The backyard area features a gas fire table and a large 5-6 person spa. The space is enclosed by lush and tropical foliage that provides privacy and plenty of birdlife. The front space is anchored by a massive jacaranda tree all enclosed by the privacy/security fencing.

For groups only requiring space for 6, or 3 bedrooms, we provide that set up at a slightly lower nightly rate. We do welcome pets but require disclosure and written approval. A small non-refundable pet cleaning fee will apply to guests' approved pets.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. All was as expected and we really enjoyed the back yard with hot tub and fire pit. Plus a beautiful short walk to Ledbetter beach and cove. Plenty of towels and soaps!

We had an amazing stay in Santa Barbara! The house was exactly as described. The layout of the house was great for our group of six. We all felt comfortable and loved the vibe there. The neighborhood felt quiet and the location was perfect. Host was always quick to respond and was patient with any and all questions I had. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a short stay at this lovely home by the beach. My daughter, her husband and my granddaughter joined us. We loved the beautifully manicured front and backyard, fully fenced for our Lulu! Inside we found our bedrooms with lovely bedding, nicely stocked kitchen with modern appliances and dishes. The backyard had a relaxing hot tub with a fire pit and cushioned relaxing furniture! Our Host was so responsive to our very few needs. He knows how to make our stay the best it can be. Welcomed us with freshly ground coffee (since our adult children are sober) instead of wine, per my request. Also, he sent over homemade breakfast burritos to make our day start out better the second day due to construction noises the morning before. Somehow he stopped the noise for the rest of our stay. It was amazing! We will definitely return when we go to Santa Barbara again! 5 out of 5 star rating!

The house was well appointed and very comfortable for four adults. Brent was helpful and communicative. Appreciated the nice bottle of wine welcome gift. The place could not have been better located, with easy access to almost everything, including the beach, by foot or the well-maintained bicycles. Would absolutely stay here again.

We really loved staying at this house, and it was a pleasure working with Brent who was very helpful throughout our check in and stay. Property was just as it was described in the listing - great corner lot with a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The location was ideal for us and the Mesa is always such a beautiful area to be. Backyard was great for family dinners, bbq’ing and hot tubbing. Felt very private and secluded with beautiful plants and garden. House itself is comfortable and spacious. It’s the type of place you feel at home in right away. Bathrooms were nice, kitchen was very well stocked and had beautiful countertops Our Labrador retriever enjoyed laying on the cool wood floors after a long day playing at the beach. At night we would enjoy watching the stars outside and the fun decorative lights strung around everywhere. Overall a very nice property and home and we would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a relaxing beach getaway in a wonderful neighborhood. We would certainly come stay again.

My family went to Santa Barbara for a very sad occasion, the memorial for our son in-law. I needed a house that would provide peace and tranquility the evening before and after the memorial for my daughter and grandson. This house was perfect. Beautiful inside and the backyard provided the space, peace and tranquility we needed.

My friends and I had a great time at the house. It’s exactly like the pictures. Very easy to enter and the rules and requirements were all laid out. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I would stay here again if planning another trip to Santa Barbara.

Comfortable and well equipped property in excellent location which allowed US and UK family members to have great time out and about on the beach and city, using the bikes and then enjoying the sunshine in the relaxed garden and hot tub. Spacious and open light filled layout ideal for relaxed conversation and meals. Excellent bedroom and bathroom facilities. Great help on management and information from host Brent. Thanks again.

Beautiful space….very clean and the pictures were a true reflection of the home. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome bottle of wine. Location was great! We walked to the beach and got an Uber downtown; both were easy and quick. Brent was great to work with. Highly recommend, we will be back!
