The living area also leads to another modern bathroom with a shower and a bedroom featuring a single bed and a queen-size bed accessible through a staircase

First Floor (Separate Entrance): The first floor is accessible only via a separate entrance on the main road, providing complete privacy from the ground floor. Upon entering through the independent gate, guests are greeted by a spacious terrace with panoramic views. This level features a second open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The interiors are designed with a contemporary Mediterranean flair, featuring blue accents that mirror the colours of the sea.
