"Shopping was okay. Furniture was torn. Outlet didn't have no protection. That's a safety has it."

"This is nicely located across from the Homewood stadium location, where graduation for John Hopkins Students took place. It is clean but a bit outdated. There was no pool but when we were there it was stormy. We have no complaints as the hotel met all of our needs."

"Check in was terrible. Had to stand in line for 45 minutes to check in. Room was quiet and we'll maintained. Carpet had a few stains."

"Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?"

"This is a trap house. I needed a last minute room. Front desk staff is nice, but my room was awful and the whole place was terrifying to have my child with me. Mouse droppings everywhere, a ring of mold on top of the shower head. Something smeared on the walls that looked like poop, so many burn holes in the comforter it looked like Swiss cheese. Within 30 mins of checking in I went out to my car to see an emergency rescue team entering a room by me. I can’t believe Expedia allows this"

"This hotel was not what we expected. The room was just deplorable. The mirrors had black marks on it. We were there three nights and the room was never cleaned. Luckily, we saw the housekeeper on the first day to receive extra towels. The hotel tv system was only usable if you were a computer tech. The system didn’t even have the regular channels (ABC, NBC and CBS) The location was near the Inner Harbor but the area didn’t feel safe. Baltimore is a nice city but this hotel was a terrible...

"Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells."

"I arrived at the property to be told I had no reservation. The attendant said it was probably at their other location about 1/2 mile away. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. Both places seem a little shady"

I was denied boarding and had to pay an additional $335 for another flight. I felt I was treated unfairly and would like this situation reviewed and reimbursed.”"

"This was our first time staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I chose the queen sized room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was a small space however, we loved the vibe. The hotel’s decor was interesting and beautiful. We loved the location and parking was easy. This place is a definite when we need to spend the night in Baltimore. 😊"
