Sea Babe is a fabulous 3 bedroom, 4 bath custom-built, near-the-beach home, nestled at the east end of Sanibel, just a short jaunt from the Sanibel lighthouse beach and the lighthouse shopping center.
Sea Babe is beautifully appointed throughout, featuring a coastal chic decor that is both elegant in its simplicity while being family friendly. Because Sea Babe was built in 2020, this home was not impacted by Hurricane Ian. What you see is what you get!

A 350 yard walk to the south leads you to the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar sand beaches, while a 300 yard walk to the north will lead you to the bayside of the island, where you can drop a line and fish for your dinner.
The great room offers space to relax or entertain as a family with a linen sectional and club chairs that provide seating for 8 people. The 42" streaming tv is at the ready, should you want to check the local weather and tides before heading out to the beach. There is also a desk that provides a perfect work area for that quick check of emails.
The dining area seats 8, and features custom slipcovered chairs and a table top that is large enough that it's the perfect setting for sharing family dinners, laying out your next jigsaw puzzle or enjoying a family game night.
The coastal kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry with rollout drawers, stainless appliances and storage galore. You'll always be a part of the action, as the kitchen is situated between the dining area, living room and outdoor screened deck.
Sliding doors from the kitchen and living area lead to the screened deck, where you can enjoy meals, a good book, a Zoom session with a beautiful background, all while bringing the outdoors indoors in the winter months. The deck features a coquina travertine tile, and a teak outdoor table and 8 chairs by Kingsley Bate, as well as a sofa and 2 side chairs. A spiral staircase leads down to the back yard and pool deck, with a covered seating area as well as a resort-style saltwater heated pool and spa with a Baja sun shelf.
The primary bedroom features a King bed with linen headboard, a flat panel streaming TV, desk, French doors that open up to the screened porch, a walk-in closet and en-suite bath with a shower for 2, dual vanities and a private water closet.
The Queen bedroom features oversized bachelor chests, a flat panel streaming TV walk-in closet and en-suite bath with an oversized single vanity and walk-in shower with marble tile.
The Bunk room is custom designed with 4 Full sized beds and a staircase leading to the upper bunks. Each bunk has its own bedside light, and there is a spacious closet and flat panel streaming TV.
Adjacent to the Bunk room is a 3-piece bath with an oversized vanity and a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.
The spacious laundry room is beautiful and functional. With front load h/e machines, a full-sized sink, countertops and cabinetry galore with storage for beach towels, cleaning supplies and more,

Sea Babe is zoned by the City of Sanibel for minimum 28-night rental. No Exceptions.
Your doggie may be welcome at this property with prior approval of the Owner and Cottages to Castles. Payment of a non-refundable pet fee is required. The non-refundable fee is based on the length of your stay and the number of doggies in residence and/or visiting the property. Weight limit and breed restrictions may be applicable.
Failure to disclose a doggie in residence and/or visiting the property for non-overnight stays can result in eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid funds.
