  • Ideally positioned just steps from the sparkling community pool, this two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo at Signal Inn offers a relaxed and convenient island retreat perfect for families and beach lovers alike. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this elevated unit blends modern comfort with the laid-back charm that defines Sanibel Island living. Please note: This unit is elevated and requires the use of a flight of stairs. There are no elevators onsite.

    The open living area features calming coastal decor and soft island-inspired tones that create a peaceful, inviting atmosphere. Natural light fills the space, and a fully screened lanai overlooks the pool, offering the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or wind down after a day on the beach. Tile floors and granite countertops throughout the condo add a touch of elegance, while the well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for easy vacation dining.

    The master suite includes a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom offers two twin beds—ideal for children or additional guests. A sleeper sofa in the main living area provides even more flexibility for family stays. The full bathroom includes a shower and tub combination, making it both functional and family-friendly.

    Signal Inn is a low-density, pet-friendly beachfront property tucked into a lush, tropical setting on the desirable east end of Sanibel Island. Guests enjoy direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk, as well as resort-style amenities like a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and laundry facilities. The condo's location places you within easy reach of the Sanibel Lighthouse, miles of bike paths, and the shops and restaurants of nearby Periwinkle Way.

    Whether you're spending your days collecting seashells, exploring local nature preserves, or simply lounging poolside in the sunshine, this comfortable condo at Signal Inn offers everything you need for an unforgettable Sanibel Island escape.

    House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties.

    Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

Encantado. La verdad una experiencia única, mucha tranquilidad y paz en esa zona que es excelente para desconectar del día a día. La playa muy limpia la verdad iría de nuevo sin pensarlo. Para otra ocasión llevar todo desde donde te encuentres porque solo un solo supermercado en esa área, de resto excelente.

Much improved from last year and Hurricane recovery going well. Takes time. Grounds and pool were excellent. Sure do miss the missing boardwalk down to the beach. Olivia, the onsite manager is fantastic, very client oriented. Last comment: these units get a lot of traffic, owner(s) might consider replacing ageing mattresses more frequently.

We had a great time staying at Signal Inn Unit with our dog. The place gave us enough room to stretch out, and it was so convenient walking over to the pool or beach in a few minutes. We loved walking the beach with or dog. We'll come again sson!

Overall that stay was good anytime in Sanibel is great. This is our second time since the hurricane and although it takes time to recover, there are things that should have been done . For the units on the other side of the pool and units that are far from the boardwalk, it's an inconvenience to go through other units and their personal space to get to the walkway to get to beach. Some units blocked their space forcing us to go all the way around with small kids was an inconvenience. Anyway the other boardwalk can be restored? This would help and alíviate interfere with other units. Our unit had very little to no utensils to cook with. No measurement cups or spoons no baking items . One pot to cook is not enough. And several frying pan. I'm sure people eat out which we did as well however we do cook at is expensive enough. We have been going on vacation to Sanibel for at least 38 years and expect to keep coming back. I'm sure the modern time is ok but for some, having the personal experience makes it much better. But back in the day, we have a nice welcome with wine and toys for our furry babies. I never saw anyone in the office. Very little lines one one set for the king bed was provided not for the kids room. Oh and who ever did the beds, the flats goes first then the blanket on top. No vac in unit either. Overall I was in Sanibel so we all were happy. We love this place as records would have shown you How often we stay here. We will be in September already looking forward to it.

Great Location
