Cardium Dream - Charming Bungalow with Pool, Steps to Beach

Summary:
Welcome to Cardium Dream- This charming three bedroom bungalow is located less than 500 feet from the beach and features an oversized and sun filled living room complete with vaulted ceilings and skylights, a large pool, and expansive screened lanai overlooking a vibrantly landscaped pool area with plenty of lounge seating for guests.

The Space:
This bungalow is approximately 1,500 square feet and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are configured as follows- Primary Bedroom features a king bed with large sitting area that includes a desk and ensuite lanai access. The primary bedroom features ensuite bathroom access to the primary bathroom which boasts a large single vanity and walk in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom features three single beds, making it perfect for kids! Both the second and third bedrooms share access to the second bathroom which features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy full access to the living area of the house, pool, driveway, and backyard. The lower level garage area will not be available to guests as it is used for owner storage.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on Cardium St., one of the few remaining Olde Sanibel roads that are unpaved and still contain cottage style homes. This home is no exception and is located just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
