"This is a brand new truly lovely resort. Large rooms with high ceilings, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. bathroom was spa like and the decorating was beautiful. Located right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. "

"We enjoyed our stay! Very convenient location, right on the water, clean with recently renovated rooms. We went for a girls weekend and loved it! The only thing I can’t rave about was they had very poor water pressure, not sure if it was because we were on an end unit, but it was a trickle out of the shower head which can be a little difficult if you have a lot of hair, no hairdryer in room, and wish they had a full sized mirror in the room. Regardless I would definitely recommend staying there!...

"This hotel is BUSY! The resort pool is a party. The beach was a quieter vibe. Food and Bev service at both. We weren’t sure how tipping worked, apparently 20% is factored into the bill, so we way “overtipped” with cash. The beach shoreline was covered in seaweed so we didn’t really use the water, unfortunately it was a little smelly down there. But we hung at the pool mostly facing the gulf, so best of both worlds in my opinion. Walking distance to ft. Myers beach shops and restaurants. If...

"Perfect hotel and perfect location. "

"We had a nice clean room on the 1st floor with an ocean view, but from 8-5 the view was mostly obscured by 3 rows of large umbrellas all across the hotel property for people to rent. Staff were not unfriendly but they didn’t seem eager to please either, and some were indifferent. It is a very noisy hotel, with music going from 10-9 and it’s very loud (we couldn’t sit in our balcony when it was cranked up). "The real highlight of our stay was the wait staff in the outside dining area, particularly Jayden, Tyler, and Gabe. The property itself is nice. The room was wonderful with great oceanfront views, and it was very spacious. Our major disappointment was that there was no housekeeping at all during our four night stay. One more thing ot mention is that the air conditioning unit in the kitchen area was so loud that we absolutely had to close the bedroom door at night to sleep."
