Nestled in the sought-after seaside community of Town Neck Beach, our completely refurbished home offers a haven to unwind and escape the ordinary.

The open living space on the first floor features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, AC, and a 55” 4K Smart TV. With dining space for 8 guests and an additional 3 spots at the island, our fully equipped kitchen makes it a breeze to whip up a delicious meal or savor local cuisine. Start your day with ease using either the Keurig or the 12-cup coffee machine. Air fryer, blender and other useful appliances get you all set up for success. For added convenience, find a first-floor washer/dryer and a full bathroom. Laundry detergent and basic cleaning supplies are provided.

The first-floor bedroom boasts a queen bed and a 43” 4K Smart TV. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king bed, a 55” 4K Smart TV, a spacious closet, and a small office space for those needing to work while away. The third bedroom features 3 twin beds and a large closet. All mattresses are hypoallergenic and provide a peaceful night's sleep, aided by blackout curtains. For 2024, enjoy the added ease of included bed linens, mattress pads, coverlets, blankets, and pillows. An *****extra rollaway twin bed is available upon REQUEST for use in either the master or twin bedroom.******

Beyond the comforts of our home, borrow our beach wagon for a quick stroll to the shore, bring bikes for family-friendly rides, or relax on the deck with our patio set and Charbroil propane grill. Make use of our outdoor storage shed for games like cornhole, and let the kids play in the fenced-in backyard. Wind down in the evening by the outdoor fire pit, creating lasting vacation memories.
