"This is an amazing property for those who enjoy being outdoors and enjoying nature. The grounds are huge and there are many areas to quietly relax without feeling you are in a crowd. The staff are very attentive and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and all your questions are answered. It was excellent value for the price we paid compared with other Norwegian hotels. Definitely I would return here or recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing hotel "

"This was my first time visiting Bergamo, and the hotel was a great choice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered plenty of options. The location is ideal—just a short walk to Città Alta (via the funicular), the main shopping street, restaurants, and the central train station. "Awesome property and staff. Did get to use their amenities in their bar one night but other nights was denied. Please fix for future guests . The shuffleboard and darts could be an asset for all guests vs. only when large conferences are attending. Otherwise - an awesome place 👌😊. "

"This property is a gem. Beautiful outside with lots of sitting options. Staff is amazing and your 2 meals and snack was a great option and the variety and quality was wonderful. Transportation (tram) nearby to get into downtown. Very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. We had a twin room which was a good size. Amenities in the room were sparse. A kettle with instant coffee/tea, not a lot of storage but everything else made up for it. We would absolutely stay again. FYI, for those booking...

"We just stayed one night prior to our train journey. The hotel was not fancy, but worked perfectly for our needs. Check-in and out was efficient and streamlined. Food and beverages were available and much appreciated after our long flight. It was clean, quiet, and its location is excellent. I’d be happy to stay again on a return visit "
