We liked the room setup and furniture. We didn't like the fact that pool was closed for the maintainance during our entire stay , but we were not informed until the check in.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast in the morning could’ve used some fresh fruit but overall we are very happy with our stay and would stay again.

It was absolutely beautiful from just entering the building and it just got better as we got to the room! Clean, Clean, Clean!! And the staff at the desk when we check in and out were Super Friendly!

The hotel is not maintained well. Bathroom toilet had pee on the lid and tub had brown stains it when we arrive in our room. Carpet and floors dirty throughout the hotel. Would not recommend staying here for the price you’re paying not worth it.

The reservation was for my son who went to cedar point and I didn’t want him driving back so late. New hotel. Nice property. Clean and spacious rooms and the staff was amazing. Alisha and Heather went above and beyond answering my questions. Exceptional customer service . Would definitely stay again.

Everything was new and beautiful. We were missing a few things from the room but the front desk was very helpful and it didn’t bother me. The only suggestion I would give would be a few more options for the breakfast. Maybe pastries as an extra option. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Brand new hotel. Kind welcome staff. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The room was perfect for two adults and two teens. We like the space of the suite vs a regular hotel, and the layout of the room. The only thing I was surprised with was the free breakfast. They did not have any meat (bacon, sausage, etc.) or fruit of any kind. We are not oatmeal people, so we stuck with the basic waffles and eggs. My expectation was higher from visiting other hotels from this brand. This will not stop us from going again. Figured someone might read this and lower your expectations a notch, unlike me :) It was a 22 min drive from Cedar Point in the evening and a 15 min drive in the morning. We liked the location too.

This is a brand new hotel. Our room was clean when we arrived. We arrived late in the evening. The main lobby floors were dirty we just figured that was from the kids walking around wet from the pool. But the common floors were never mopped while there and the halls were never vacuumed the same dirt was there out whole 3 night stay. Also they only clean the room everyother day. The day the were supposed to clean our room they just change out the towels. They did not make the bed or take out the trash. Since it is new every thing was clean enough and in good condition. At the time we stayed it had been opened for a month but if they keep treating the place like this it will go down hill fast. I don't know if it is a staffing issue or what. But they need to get it together

The rooms are new and smell new. My room felt clean. The building is new and things are nice. I had a slow drain that backed up and caused water to spill out of the shower. Not sure why a new building would have clogged drains already, gross. There was no fresh fruit included with breakfast, no bananas or oranges or apples. lots of water spots on the floor but i appreciate the filtered water and ice being available to guest, it was messy.

New hotel with excellent rooms and friendly and very helpful staff. A lot of great local restaurants and shops nearby and very close to Kalahari Resorts and Cedar Point. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, location was super convenient. It was just 15-20 away from Cedar Point. We had a suite that sleeps at least 6. Room was surprisingly spacious, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was nice

The staff were great and accomodating. We had ebikes and they even found us a place to store them during the night. The housekeeping could have been better with getting clean towels to us and empying trash since we stayed 3 night. Hallways were not kept up. Overall very good though and comfortable stay and would stay again.

Our room was dirty. I don't even think they had even actually cleaned it. The carpets were disgusting and looked like they never vacuumed them. There were hair and debris in our sheets and what looked like a booger smeared on the nightstand. There was toothpaste still visible on the bathroom countertop area that we cleaned up with wipes ourselves. The shower looked dirty and there were black hairs on the floor and hand towels in the bathroom. We complained and were told they were sold out, so we could not move rooms. I have a feeling another room would not be much different. The carpets throughout the hotel looked like they had not vacuumed them in quite some time. The front desk worker tried to assist by coming to the room to clean the nightstand and helping change the sheets. It was a very uncomfortable night traveling with two children when we already arrived late. We would never go back.
