  • ¡No encontrará una propiedad como esta en ningún lugar de Sandusky o de los alrededores! Este edificio de 9,000 pies cuadrados recientemente renovado se ha transformado en una casa unifamiliar con 14 habitaciones, 5 baños, una sala de teatro con 16 sillas individuales de cuero para teatro, sala de juegos (mesa de billar, mesas de pinball y ping pong y gabinete de juegos surtido). La mesa del comedor es apta para un rey con capacidad para 30 personas. Todos pueden sentarse en la misma mesa para disfrutar de sus reuniones, bodas, despedidas de soltero / a, despedidas de solteros, eventos en equipo o simplemente escapadas familiares. Todo esto lo espera en el corazón del centro de la ciudad, con restaurantes y bares a solo dos cuadras del agua, donde puede ver la puesta de sol o disfrutar del horizonte de Cedar Point.

    Piso principal: cinco habitaciones en el piso principal (3 Reyes, 2 Reinas) para aquellos que no quieren molestarse con una gran cantidad de escaleras. 2 baños completos y 1 medio baño.

    (NO HAY ELEVADOR).

    Segundo piso: 9 habitaciones (4 Kings, 3 Queens y 2 habitaciones con literas).
    3 baños completos.

    La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y una estufa comercial con 6 quemadores y una plancha. También hay un horno doble comercial para cualquier necesidad de hornear y un refrigerador / congelador extra grande. Disfrute de su cocina mientras que su familia y amigos disfrutan de sentarse en la isla extra larga. La guinda del pastel es que no hay uno, sino dos lavaplatos para ayudar con su limpieza y para que pueda volver a relajarse y divertirse.

We had a family reunion here and loved it. The large dinning area was perfect for our extended family meals and hanging out together. The entire home was very clean, the kitchen and pantry had everything we needed and more. All of the beds were comfy. Plus there are plenty of things to do within walking distance. We highly recommend it!

The rooms were amazing. The theater was wonderful. The host responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen & bar exceeded any expectations. So many extra conveniences were included in our stay.

House was phenomenal. Perfect space for our 27 family members. Loved the number of bedrooms. We appreciated the huge kitchen, living room and dining areas. Kitchen had about everything we needed. Game room and theater room kept everyone busy while at the house. It was nice to be within walking distance of downtown Sandusky and Lake Erie. Proximity to Cedar Point amusement park and beach was also a plus. All of our family members were pleasantly surprised by the house and all of the activities available in the area.

This house was absolutely amazing! This is our 12th family trip and this house is definitely one of our favorites of all time. We had so much fun in Sandusky! The location of the house is absolutely perfect —so walkable to lots of activities. There are lots of drivable options too just a short distance away. Our family of 28 all had their own bedrooms and felt like there was a lot of space to move. We have never had a home so beautifully decorated or a kitchen so well equipped and organized Mary, our host answered all of our questions quickly and was so gracious and kind. We are already talking about how our next VRBO home will not even be able to compete with the home or week of fun we had in Sandusky.

There is not one negative comment!It was everything above our expectations!The home was absolutely high quality in every way from Decor. Bedrooms , Essentials needed, appliances dishes, pots and pans, the game room- pool and ping pong and poker table, the theater roomWe loved and lived on the front porch! We Loved the outdoor space behind home. The location was perfect to walk to town, the water, there was a concert, a cover band that played Journey ! Etc etc . Such an incredible experience at this beautiful home! I’ve stayed in 50 vacation properties and this was at the top! Very unique property with so many thoughtful details and such a beautiful home! Visited with my family - 9 adults and 8 kids and had plenty of space. The home is HUGE! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the movie room/theatre and well stocked game closet. The adults were amazed by the kitchen - extremely well stocked and beautiful range/ovens/fridge space. The property was extremely clean and well cared for. Communication was great throughout the stay. Quick walk into town for restaurants and 10 mins from cedar point. Very convenient. Cannot recommend this place enough and would love to come back again!

The layout of this mansion was what made it successful. The main living area is roomy with lots of areas for various family members to gather according to their separate interests. Having ample room for the children to play upstairs in the game room theater and two lounges left plenty of room for the adults to gather for more quiet time downstairs. Walking distance to the jet Express ferry, downtown Sandusky and various museums and parks made it a great location. 10 minutes to Cedar Point, 20 minutes to Marblehead and 20 minutes to the African Safari, made the location the ideal place for people to spread out according to their interests during the day. The kitchen with all the amenities made mealtime gathering a delight. An unexpected surprise was the formal serving dishes which we used during meal time making meal gathering time a time to feel spoild and loved.

We could not have asked for a more amazing place to stay for my cousin’s 60th birthday! Our family enjoyed every second in this spacious location… that had ALL the amenities and so many fun and interesting “finds” throughout the home. The history of the area and location were especially charming. This was a 10 out of 10 stay! PS… the kitchen was so big we were able to have a “cook-off”… :)

This property was amazing!!! The amenities were fantastic - truly anything you can imagine needing was provided. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for my group. The kitchen was gorgeous and the living room was a great hangout space. The movie room was also amazing and the candy bar and popcorn machine were a great touch!! We loved our weekend stay!

A fantastic experience in a wonderful property managed by a superb host. The media/movie room is cooool! The kids (and their parents) really enjoyed watching movies in reclining theater seats while eating freshly-popped popcorn. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to feed an army, and the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area encourages everyone to be together. The game room includes treats, games and all you need for family game night. The outdoor area is beautiful and very thoughtfully arranged for dining, games and conversation. The property is incredibly clean and Mary, the host is wonderfully responsive. They have thought of everything (2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryers, great cooking appliances, huge refrigerator/freezer) and special touches through the property. The placement of bunk bedrooms “beside but separate” from parent rooms is thoughtful and just right! Walkable to downtown and very quiet. Our 50th wedding anniversary celebration was an amazing success because we chose the best Sandusky property.
