Welcome to Lake Mountain Lodge-a peaceful, memory-filled getaway tucked among the pines of North Idaho. Whether it's a snowy ski weekend, a sunny lake escape or a holiday with the whole family, this home was made for gathering and making lifelong memories. You're never far from adventure-but you'll feel miles away from it all.

The Space:

Step into comfort and tranquility in this spacious 3000+ sq ft, multi-level home designed for connection and relaxation.

Main Floor:

• Living Room: Wood-burning fireplace, oversized windows, large smart TV-perfect for watching the big game or a family movie night

• Dining Room: A huge farmhouse-style table built for shared meals, puzzles, board games, and long laughs

• Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to feed a crowd, a breakfast nook & pass-through bar

• Master Suite: King bed, private bath, TV/DVD, oversized ottoman style chair

• Additional full bath and a second bedroom with desk, closet, and a charming window seat for quiet moments
Loft:

• Cozy crow's nest with 3 twin beds, TV/DVD, and stunning views over the treetops through the living room windows

Downstairs:

• 2 full bathrooms

• 4 kayaks available for peaceful paddles on the lake

• Beach towels & swim noodles provided for summer fun

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full 3,000+ sq ft home, front and back yards and wraparound deck. Community beach access is shared and limited to 2 hours/day.
Boat launching and landing are allowed, no docking. Boat trailers may be parked at the house only 1 minute from the beach. Keep in mind that driveway parking is limited and trailers may have to be backed in or out and parking space for vehicles/trailers may vary depending on size.

Other things to note:

• Max 16 guests (per community rule)
• Outdoor lights off by 9pm (no overnight lighting)
• Check in after 4 PM - Early check-in may be available, depending on previous day occupancy
• Check out by 10 AM - No late check-outs - We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and full turnover time is essential to prepare the home for the next guests.
