Lake Getaway in Sandpoint with Hot Tub

Located on Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint, our 3 bedroom house has two bedrooms with 2 king beds and a third bedroom with two queen beds. The master bedroom has beautiful lake views and its own full bathroom. The second bathroom is shared between the other two bedrooms. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and laundry room with washer/dryer. Enjoy countless hours on our expansive new deck with fantastic lake views and enjoy the shade of the properties numerous fruit trees (delicious apple, pear, plum, and cherry trees). Last but not least, watch the bald eagles soar over or gaze at the stars from the hot tub! Spend the day on our private beach with multiple kayaks and inflatable SUPs, hammocks and seating. Lake is a 3 minute downhill private walk through our property.

Pet Policy: We are dog lovers and allow well behaved dogs, however we do charge a Pet Fee of $150 per dog. If you plan to bring your dog, please let us know how many dogs when booking. Dogs must not have flees (please!!!), jump up on furniture, come in the house wet, and must be on leash while walking down to the lake. Nuissance barking dogs are not allowed! Please be respectful of our neighbors.

Wonderful stay at the lake!

The property was beautifully appointed and very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. The views of the lake and the hot tub were amazing and the beds were comfortable. The walk down to the beach was easy but back up the hill was as a little steep so we took the car instead and parked in the designated spot. A wonderful stay and we’d love to come back again!

Wonderful lake house on Pend OReille. The house was set up great for a group our size (8 people and a dog). The beds were super comfortable. It was an easy walk down to the lake where we fished, kayaked and paddleboarded. There is even a cute roadside stand with delicious cookies! We plan to stay here again if we are back at the lake!

Perfect!

The outdoor and indoor living spaces have a wonderful flow between kitchen, dining, living, and deck. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Quality linens and comfortable mattresses. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. I appreciated the privacy- there’s no neighboring houses close by. I enjoyed the landscaping- especially the apple, pear, and cherry trees. Convenient circular driveway and parking- our truck and boat together is about 50 feet and we had plenty of room getting in and out. The show stopper is the amazing view from the deck and private beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Jordan!
