"We stayed over spring break and expected a luxury experience given the price and brand, but the stay was inconsistent. The room had multiple maintenance issues: discolored tile near the toilet, worn mirror trim, a toilet handle that did not flush properly, and a lamp that did not work. "Everything is great at this hotel. I’m many are great. All the staff From The Room service. They’re always Nice. Also check In-N-Out. It’s always fast. Not too bad for the price., my only concern is that when people are doing whatever on the next rooms or the other rooms, you can hear everything. That is my only concern. But other than that everything else is great. I know I gave it a five star. But I think four star. It’s fair."
