"Given wrong key code upon arrival i had to contact to get the right one, no Hot water, Internet was not great had it sometimes other times it was not working, Out of my 3 days the first day i had to clean the dishes and pans as they still had food on them, urine left in the toilet when arrived and there was a smashed window covered with tape, I was more worried about safety. "I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."
