"I stayed here for one night and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The water had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to shower or even brush my teeth. The shower drain did not work properly, causing water to collect instead of draining. The bed was also noisy and made sounds whenever I moved. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations and did not feel like a hotel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here."

"The property is old with fair maintenance. The towels were worn. Very thin and tiny soap bars were provided, no shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was few pieces of bread, small waffle pieces, some dry cereal, milk and coffee and maybe orange juice - difficult to tell. Lots of caulking around tub and toilet. Old appearing floor and bed coverings. Worst motel ever stayed at."

"My 2 day stay was good. Everything was close by. But the bed was very uncomfortable, the fridge smell liked fish. They did come clean it but the scent came back. The pillows were terrible but they did give us 2 new better fluffier ones. Other than that it was good."

"It's a no frills budget inn. We stayed one night. For the money, probably should have done AC hotel but we wanted to be close to OC. People have different expectations but be assured this is a budget inn."

"This is a charming hotel right near the boardwalk and beach. We had an end room with a balcony. The balcony was comfortable and has a nice view of the ocean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was provided daily and kept up with the room nicely. The parking is great!!! The pool area is a little hidden oasis. So clean and well maintained."
