This Beautiful, upscale Home offers almost 3,000 sq. ft of living space with Majestic Mountain and Golf Views!
Just minutes away, enjoy a round of golf and relax at 360 degree view patio afterwards.

The master planned community has 3 heated pools, 3 spas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, children’s play areas plus a pitch & putt!

The Golf Retreat is conveniently located minutes away from restaurants, grocery and drug stores, banks, and hospital.
San Tan Flat, a western themed restaurant, is popular with outdoor seating.

The open, spacious floor plan offers Large windows and fantastic views!
The main bedroom suite is split from the other three bedrooms to provide privacy!
The oversized main suite, offers views, king size bed, sitting area, large tv, separate soaking tub, shower and double sink vanity! Large walk-in closet.

The home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for your stay!

Bedroom two and three have queen size beds and a joining bath room. Bedroom four has a double bed adjacent to bathroom three.

The gourmet kitchen has a large island for entertaining with a table seating six. Upgraded granite countertops, top of the line stainless-steel appliances, dinnerware for 12, small appliances, pots and pans, utensils, and serving dishes. A desk area for your computer and office activities
The family room leads out to an extra large covered patio and landscaped backyard! Great for entertaining with plenty of seating to enjoy a BBQ with family and friends!
The three car garage offers an extended driveway plus use of two enclosed bays for your stay!

The laundry room has a washer, dryer and an additional refrigerator for beverages.

We provide WIFI, Satellite TV, and Phone service.
This home shows pride of ownership and is very well maintained!

Wonderful location & great view

This was our second stay at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed being there again. The home is well cared for, is in a great location for golfers, and has a beautiful view of the 11th hole on the course. Two members of our group were not golfers and found a fun variety of parks and activities within driving distance.

Perfect home and location!

Annual trip to AZ from Colorado for Spring training and Spring Break. It was a last minute booking and we were so grateful to find this beautiful property! Spacious, comfortable, lovely furnishings and decor, all the necessities and many amenities! Sits on the edge of Highlands golf course, which we played and loved it! Home away from home, definitely recommend!

Family vacation

What a beautiful property. The home was the most comfortable place and stocked with everything you needed for the kitchen and bedrooms!! Linens and towels were super nice. The communication with the property owners was amazing. So nice and helpful. Great people in the neighborhood too. Very friendly.

Thank you for providing your beautiful home for us! We loved the house and great location!

We stayed for about a month but wish it would have been longer! Home was very clean, comfy mattresses and nice smooth sheets. We had a few questions about their brand new dishwasher and got answers quickly from Carlotta. Beautiful view that would never get old. Easy walk to the clubhouse which has an amazing, every Friday night BBQ. Everything is quite close and easy to get to. Thank you Becky Camas

Desert Views is a lovely home in a nice neighborhood. It is tastefully furnished, clean, and accommodating with an exceptionally well-equipped and well-organized kitchen. The hosts are very responsive and gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Spacious House in a Country Club Neighborhood

The house was very clean when we arrived and the instructions for checking in were clear and easy. Everything was in working order and we had no problems. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house backs up to a golf course and we enjoyed the view from the backyard. The property is extremely convenient to Walgreens and a grocery store as well as a few restaurants. We had a package we expected to be delivered to the doorstep instead be delivered to the mailbox and they drove down just to give us the key to get into the mailbox. They were very easy to work with and if we were to stay in the area, we would definitely look at this property again.

The view!

Spacious, quiet retreat

My husband and I spent a week in this spacious house and loved the relaxing, quiet location. It sits right on the golf course with fantastic views. The house was spotless and Chuck was on top of all communication. Neighbors are all very friendly! We highly recommend you visit the nearby restaurant, San Tan Flat. So fun!

We couldn't have been happier with the property or the owners. We encountered no problems through out our stay and the Weirs checked in with us on occasion. We loved the home and the quiet location on the golf course. Just what we had hoped for and would love to return to this location!!

This house was everything it was advertised as. Excellent comfortable home. Easy access, golf course view. Clubhouse and pool facilities are excellent. I hate to give this home such a glowing review as I hope to be able to stay there again! Its a good one and the managers are excellent.

Beautiful Home

This home was big and beautiful. Had everything you would need for a comfortable weeks stay. Right on a nice course and several great courses within a half an hour for golfers. Would highly recommend this property!

Exceeded Expectations

This lovely, spacious home was comfortable and tastefully decorated. It was clean to the highest of standards. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and kitchen had every utensil, serving ware, pots and pans, bakeware, etc. that anyone would need. There was even a well stocked spice rack for those who like to cook! Nothing was missing in this house. Would love to stay here again.
