Golfer's Paradise!!!-On Johnson Ranch Golf Course with pool!

Our beautiful 1425 sq ft home is fully furnished in a gated community in Johnson Ranch which is at the base of the stunning San Tan mountains.

Located on the golf course, you can enjoy a round of golf at the Golf Club at Johnson Ranch then retreat back to the house for a relaxing evening. The back yard features it's own sparkling pool, golf course views, beautiful landscaping, and a covered patio with a grill. The backyard pool is not heated, but a heated community pool with a hot tub is within walking distance from the house.

The inside of our home features an open concept design with a large livingroom right off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a master bath/shower, and large walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and a full bathroom.

Santan Highlands is a beautiful 18 hole golf course with over 7100 yards. This facility contains a practice putting and chipping green and full size driving range. Maria’s Kitchen restaurant is within walking distance and features live music on the weekends.

Johnson Ranch is a private community featuring 3 heated community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a catch and release fishing pond. There are over 20 beautiful parks interconnected through walking paths.
You have access to it all as our guest.

We had such a great time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The pool area was nice, quiet, relaxing, and ideal for morning swims or winding down in the evening. The property is also right by a beautiful golf course, which made the views and morning walks even better.Another huge plus was how close we were to stores and great restaurants; everything we needed was just a few minutes away.Overall, a wonderful short-term stay. Highly recommend!

Comfortable home away from home

This home had a great amount of space for a family of four and had everything we needed. One thing I loved is that the home did not smell of air fresheners or other strong smells as that irritates my asthma. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to food and groceries. Gas station closeby too.

Beautiful backyard backing onto the Golf Course

Loved the location~ we walked to the clubhouse every day. Was about a 5 min walk. The house was ok. Big enough for the 3 of us. Needs a wee bit of updating we thought~ the dishwasher wasnt working properly, the fridge didnt seem that cold and the carpets throughout could be updated at some point as well. Overall a great golf trip

Lovely home- Great Hosts!

Deb and Greg were great hosts- very welcoming and friendly. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly! The home was very cozy and clean, the pool was so refreshing and the sunlight was consistent all day. The AC was working perfectly, the kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable. No complaints at all- would absolutely recommend and come back again for another stay! Thank you!

Perfect, Place

We can to Arizona with anther couple and this was the perfect place to stay .Very clean and roomy .The pool was an added plus. It still was a little cool ,we came in April, but when the temp. reached 90 every day it was refreshing, The one thing we noticed was how quiet and relaxing it was . Would love to come back with the grandkids. Thank you so much Deb you were so easy to work with.
