At Casa Cielo, we’re committed to providing an exceptional stay. To help us maintain a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment, please review and follow the guidelines below:

Respect for Neighbors & Community
Our home is located in a private residential community. Please keep noise to a respectful level—no more than 75 dB during the day and 70 dB at night. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
Parties and loud disturbances are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without a refund. If the community administration issues a fine due to guest behavior, the cost will be charged to the guest.

Entry Requirements
For security reasons, guests must provide the full names and last names of all individuals staying at the property. This is mandatory for community access. Only registered guests will be allowed entry by security personnel.

Maintenance Access
To keep the pool and garden in top condition, our maintenance team may visit every 4 days. We aim to schedule visits when guests are out. If you prefer privacy during these times, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Energy Conservation
Help us care for the environment by turning off lights and A/C when not in use or when leaving the home. This also helps us keep operating costs low.

Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share the access code with anyone outside your reservation.
Please do not leave valuables unattended.

Clean-Up Courtesy
Wash and store any used dishes.
Place used towels in the bathrooms (not on the floor)
Avoid leaving excessive messes in the kitchen or common areas.

Keep It Dry
Please be sure to dry off before sitting on couches or beds to help preserve our furnishings.

Bathroom Etiquette
A sanitary bin is provided—please use it for items like sanitary napkins and toilet paper to keep the space clean for everyone.

Occupancy & Visitors
Respect the maximum occupancy limit. No unregistered guests or parties are allowed.

Towel Usage
Towels are for your use during the stay. Damaged or excessively soiled towels (e.g. left on the floor or stained beyond recovery) will be charged $20 each for replacement.

Laundry & Appliances
Guest use of laundry machines is permitted. However we ask for moderate use of the appliances. We will only provide detergent for 2 cycles.

Accidents & Inventory
We understand that things can happen. If anything is broken or damaged, please inform us right away—we’ll handle it quickly, and transparency helps with deposit returns. We conduct a full inventory check after checkout.
