"Such a lovely property! The grounds are beautiful and having a pool to use after a hot day of walking around is wonderful. We found our dinner in the restaurant to be excellent! Good breakfast buffet! The only slight downside is if you want to go into Florence every day, while they do offer a shuttle, it stops quite a walk from the centre of town and the schedule isn’t always convenient so we needed up taking taxis a lot which added up financially. "Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Hopefully clean but stained shower grout. Breakfast was great! Parking was fine and relatively cheap for the night. We lucked out and got parking just in front of hotel for free. WiFi was non existent or very, very slow however."

"This is a great family property. The onsite parking helps with those who have a rental vehcile. The pool area is nice, but did have a bit more bugs than we would have liked. They have an arcade area that is great for family fun, but after one night all the machines stopped working. The staff was very nice and accommodating at every turn. The did try to assist with the issues we brought to their attention, like the arcade."

"If you think the hotel is within walking distance of old town, be prepared to walk an hour one way. Hotel is also surrounded by construction. Cab cost is about 20 euro to take you to the bridge. Hotel itself is a bit run down. Pool hours are horrible 10:30-7. That means if you plan to use the pool you have little time to explore. "Pros: The hotel is in a great location. It is very beautiful and quaint. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. Very small selection, but everything was tasty. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is small, no counter space and the lighting is terrible. Cons: the staff is only in the hotel until 8:30 PM.
