"The pool was cloudy when we arrived. There was mild in the fridge and freezer. The jacuzzi was dirty with hair shavings in the drain. The kitchen faucet barely worked and kept falling off. We were promised a BBQ grill which did not arrive until the last week we were there. We bought food based on being able to use a grill. Not happy or satisfied at all. Several times the hot water tank stopped working several times."

"We loved this place! Beautiful and comfortable facilities. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool and jacuzzi area is definitely the best part, and the views of Ajijic are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and communication was super smooth. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it!"

"The AC in both BR was perfect for hot May days. The mirador up top provides the perfect outlook to see Ajijic. And it is walking distance to many things the heart desires. You may need to buy water. Arturo was responsive and helpful."
