"I think we had 2 of the worst rooms in the hotel. They looked nothing like the ones on line...ours were under the restaurant and right by the highway ...we arrived late and got the last available. It took quite a while for the air-conditioning to cool the rooms, and then we heard the traffic until late...and chairs in the restaurant being dragged around at 6 a.m...The safety chain on the door was broken...there were 5 remotes (one for the AC...didn’t try the others)..the bed was hard ( I like...

"The B&B is perfect for a getaway close to the center of town. The room was clean and brand new. AC and hot shower a big plus and a very reasonable price. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. There is no amenities as the place is under construction and the prices are so accessible. "

"The view from this place breathtakingly gorgeous and the staff is super friendly. The rooms inside was superb and exceeded all our expectation. My suggestions would be for them to have proper signs at the entrance of the sharp turn before you go up their hill, since there wasn’t any signs and it was easy to miss. Second, for them to treat the sewer system near the Polaris room since the smell was really strong from the outside. We didn’t spend enough time outside since the smell was overbearing."

"Les chambres au rez de chaussée pres de la réception sont petites. Une de ces chambres pour 4 personnes n’est pas assez grande car il n’y a pas de place pour les valises. Il semble que les chambres dans les étages supérieur sont plus grandes. A part de ça tout était parfait."

"The views are amazing! The location is a bit tricky. Definitely better off with a suv, not too big but not too close to the ground. They do have hot water and towels. Pool on site and fire pit for use, you have to reserve a time slot. My only issue was I wish they would bleach their sheets. I could see dark stains on the sheets and blankets. I believe they were clean but they just looked dirty. Also, they need to paint the inside walls better; walls were super patchy. Otherwise, it was a...

His service literally made you feel like you were in a 5-star hotel... they should have more Alejandro´s in every hotel in the world (I'm not exaggerating, he was incredibly helpful; even when we hadn't asked, he anticipated our needs and offered things to please us). Regarding the hotel's facilities and everything else......
