Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk, San Diego Area
Find a better option. This place was understaffed. Our room was dirty when we checked in. There is only one restaurant on site and it is terrible. The kids had fun at the pool but there was only one person watching the entire pool.

Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort
Nice location however they had construction going on at the hotel doing Roofing. The room they put us in had a nice view of the scaffolding. They did not tell us there was construction going on and when we brought it to their attention, they said they sent out a mess email which never came to us. ...

The Marbella
What a charming property and location. Easy access to beach and downtown. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back. Beautiful ocean and pier views from our 3rd floor room. Fun patio to watch people and cars cruise the Strand. Also pet friendly!

Modern Beachfront Cottage
Loved the location! And, it was a cozy place.Negatives:-Cleaning product smell on arrival was strong-Needed more instructions on working the keypad. Without a neighbor we would have been stuck. -Shower soap, condition and shampoo smelled nasty. Couldn’t use. -Would have been nice to have one chair ...
