Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, this fully equipped 2 bed, 1.5 bathroom home offers the perfect escape. The living room opens up to a stunning deck with a spectacular view of Madonna Mountain, complete with a BBQ and dining table so you can soak up the incredible Central Coast weather.

The Space:
Experience the ultimate comfort in this NEW two-story 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home that accommodates four guests with ease. The lower level boasts 2 cozy bedrooms with 2 king-sized beds and a full bathroom. The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room with a 70" smart TV, leading to an upper deck with an awe-inspiring view of Madonna Mountain. Enjoy a delightful meal on the patio's outdoor dining set and fire up the grill for a BBQ. Located in a serene residential area, this house is a short 15-20 minute walk or a quick drive to the historic Railroad District in downtown San Luis Obispo, where you can indulge in some scrumptious meals and drinks at the local restaurants and delis. The Terrace Hill is a short hike behind the house with a stunning view of SLO, perfect for savoring a sunset with drinks and snacks.

If you are an adventure seeker, travel North towards the scenic Los Osos, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria, San Simeon, and the breathtaking Big Sur. Thank you! *Pet must be 12 mo. or older *Pets must not be left unattended at anytime during your visit (even if outside) *Pets must be kept off of the furniture -- please bring suitable bedding *Pets must be free of fleas and up to date on a flea control treatment *Pets are required to have all current vaccinations (Parvo) *We require all pet poop to be thoroughly cleaned up around the property. *If there is damage to furniture, property, or left over pet waste due to your dog, there will be an extra $150 charge added at check out, along with additional charges for any other damages. Guests who book our dog friendly rooms without a dog accompanying them will not be charged the separate dog fee.

What a wonderful home away from home. Every detail was perfect and communication with the property manager was exceptional. The location was ideal and the inside of this gem was perfect. We will be back to this little slice of heaven.

Such a darling, well equipped, comfortable place to stay in SLO. We could walk to town easily over the bridge. Would absolutely stay again. We couldn't figure out how to use the heat and they were incredibly responsive and patient. Five stars for sure!

A family Holiday trip to the Central Coast. Good location - near the rail tracks but not noisy. One train horn a day is all we experienced. Property presents as very new, and has (2) big bedrooms downstairs. Shared bath had plenty of space and was well laid out. Living area upstairs was comfortable, and a fully equipped kitchen. No issues cooking anything. Nice neighborhood to walk -- it's in a hilly area, be prepared for that walking. Easy drive to downtown, easy drive to grocery stores, etc. Front door lock took some getting used to.

Rental process very smooth and a couple phone calls were picked up by rental agency by the second ring. Very pleasant and quickly addressed questions. Location is great--walk to 5 different restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Living area is bright and sunny. A few things to mention: the second "bedroom" has a very comfy king bed but no closet and no dresser. There's plenty of room in the master bedroom. There is no dining table; only three high top chairs at kitchen counter. No comfortable chair to sit on the deck. We were happy and lived around these quirks. A short uphill open-space hike right behind the house--we went to the top every day.

Modern inside, well equipped, clean 2 bedroom house, walking distance to the Amtrak station and Railroad Museum. Enjoyed the sunset on the upstairs balcony. Bedrooms are both downstairs, king size beds, kitchen/living room up a flight of stairs. Only minutes to drive to downtown restaurants and within an hour drive to most wineries.

This is a newer house and everything inside was new, clean and bright, with pleasant decor. Host didn't respond initially through VRBO messaging, but once we connected they were very responsive and helpful. Plenty of parking in the area. Walkable to town, over the railroad pedestrian bridge. Occasional train whistles, but not an issue for us at all. The views from the deck are phenomenal!
