Great stay while our daughter checked out Cal Poly. Well appointed, well located historic home only a short walk to downtown. We enjoyed the living room and kitchen but weather kept us inside. Although we ate in, there are some cool restaurants across the street and really good ice cream! Our host even left us snacks, drinks and a half dozen eggs to enjoy. Looking forward to coming back soon! Thanks Michael for the stay and solid communication.

We enjoyed our time in this beautifully decorated home. We especially appreciated the welcoming details upon our arrival as well as all of the included amenities. Coffee, tea, cooking essentials and more. This place was meticulously clean and we loved its historic vibe and decor. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with outdoor file. An excellent location within walking distance to the mission, restaurants and downtown/SLO Farmer’s Market.

Our host Michael was amazing. He not only quickly answered any questions, he seems to anticipate what we wanted and sent information even before we asked. The house was immaculate and extremely well equipped. Very comfortable. And in a great location.

Beautifully appointed home, in a great location. Very walkable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the extremely comfortable beds, to the gourmet kitchen, there is no room for improvement on this property. We enjoyed the chilly evenings out by the firepit, and loved that we could walk almost everywhere from this home's location in the historic district. Michael is an amazingly attentive host, who goes the extra mile when in comes to comfort details, and was communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay! Cannot recommend this home enough! We hope to visit again soon!

We had the best time! Great house with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. Downtown is minutes away, perfect breakfast restaurant right across the street. Our host was very informative with any and all details before, during and after our stay. We will definitely be back.

The property was exactly as listed, maybe better than the photos. Everything was pristine and tasteful. As mentioned in previous reviews, the bed was amazing. We loved our stay at this property. It was absolutely beautiful and so well setup. While the photos are well represented, we were even more impressed in person. The property is in a great location with a quick walk to bars & restaurants. It’s also well equipped for eating in with Micheal supplying many of your basic cooking essentials, which was also very impressive. In addition Michael provided detailed information for our stay and was very quick & helpful to respond to the few inquiries we had. We highly recommend this property & hope we have a chance to stay again in the future.

Fantastic rental. My daughter is still talking about how cozy and comfortable her bed was. The house was exceptionally clean and inviting. The host included thoughtful details like snacks and restaurant recommendations. There is some light that comes in through the blinds in the master, so I'd recommend bringing a sleep mask, but everything else was perfect!

Excellent location to explore SLO and work remotely

Such a great little house; conveniently located so we could walk to cute cafes, grab Thai takeout, or walk downtown. The deck in the kitchen had great natural light made which made for a fabulous remote work set-up. Would stay again.

Perfect neighborhood and location

The Central Coast is home for us though we currently live in TX. Knowing SLO, we thought the location would be good, but it was better than expected. The house provides an easy walk to downtown eating, drinking, and shopping. And very nearby are some great restaurants and cafés to enjoy. The weather in SLO could not be better, balancing the coastal fog and the warmer temperatures in the North County. The house itself is historic but very clean and updated. The back patio provided a nice place to unwind with a fire and nice breeze.

Would definitely stay here again.

The homeowner took special care when renovating this historic home. Beautifully done! We were all very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities offered to us from the homeowner. The location is perfect for a short stroll into town or just across the street to a few fantastic restaurants. We enjoyed every moment and plan on returning soon!

Best Stay EVER!!

Clean, welcoming, and perfect. I was able to have a quiet space to work remotely while my daughter attended Cal Poly events. The home was a fantasic landing space for us and her friends. Comfy bed, lots of device charging options, great soaps/shampoos, top of the line appliances - so awesome.

Wonderful clean charming home near historic downtown

Loved the house from the beginning - it is as lovely as portrayed in the pictures and more. We were greeted with snacks and a bottle of wine. The decor is what you wish you had in your own home and there is all you need to stay comfortably. Felt like we were visiting our friends’ home. Loved that we could walk everywhere. Communication with Michael was easy and enjoyable - he is professional and prompt and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable, and even the bathroom lotion smells good! Cannot recommend this little gem enough!

The house is well decorated and the amenities are well thought out. I appreciated the attention to detail and the tech throughout the house (smart tv, Sonos speakers, Tesla charger) will absolutely stay again!
