Avila Beach Condo For Rent: Take a Short Walk to the Sand and Pier From This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo Townhome, 200 Yards to Beach, Many Amenities. Sleeps 8, Gourmet Kitchen, Vaulted Ceilings, Large Windows, Deck.

This front end, corner unit has large sliding glass doors bringing in the beautiful sun and fresh sea air. Fully furnished and equipped with amenities for your visit. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware and dishes. The living room has amazing vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV with DVD, expanded cable, gas fireplace and American Leather queen-size sofa sleeper. Additional twin American Leather sofa sleeper in the living room. American Leather sleeper sofas are known as "the world's most comfortable sofa sleeper". All linens for the sofa sleepers are provided. Dining table seats 6 with two additional seats at the bar. Primary bedroom has a king bed and daybed (great for a child to sleep on). It also comes with flat screen TV. The Second bedroom has a queen bed. Bedrooms have high end sheets, bed pads and pillows along with five star white duvet covers and shams. Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the beautiful primary bathroom. Upstairs bathroom has a regular tub/shower combo. Fine art throughout adds to your vacation enjoyment. The condo comes with a washer, dryer, vacuum, and additional fans. Beautiful deck off of the living room with a Weber grill.

Avila beach is a great location to feel like a quiet beach getaway but still close enough to plenety of restaurants and actives. The property was close to the beach were we could esliy stroll the boardwalk which was a great way to start our day and end it. The acommadations were perfect and quiet for our needs, beds were super comfy and overall a quality place to stay, plus host was super responsive. We will be back!

The town house was just a block away from the hotel we had stayed at many times when our daughters were little. Now that they are older we needed more space, and this was the perfect place for us. Lots of sleeping areas, walking distance to turf beach and shops, clean, modern, private… we loved it.

Property was great. Close to everything in Avila by walking,and only minutes away from SLO or Pismo Beach by car. We toured the entire central coast during our month long stay. From the elephant seals near San Simeon, wineries around Paso Robles and south to areas around Santa Maria.

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 4. Our only two issues were some ants in the downstairs/main bathroom, as well as that shower head having several holes blocked due to calcification/rust. The garage had several beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys.

We enjoyed the property very much due to its location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, carpets had some stains and walls had chipped paint spots due to wear. Floors in living room had extensive scratches and marks. The condo needs to be inspected as some of the windows in the top floor, kitchen/living room area, are broken and due not open. We could not keep this area cool, as the room faces south & west exposure. Otherwise, the place has all the amenities that are needed to enjoy the stay.

The unit looked as pictured on VRBO. Lots of space for our family of four. It would easily and comfortably accommodate 2 more people. The location is great. I did not find it to be too busy or noisy at all. Very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall, we loved it and would definitely book again.

The property was great, and to describe what could be construed as great was: 1) Area was quiet. 2) the WiFi was strong and consistent across the property. 3) Water pressure in the showers was strong, including the hot water. 4) Beds were comfortable. 5) HVAC worked properly. 6) kitchen was stocked, and knives were sharp. 7) every sink, lock, faucet and toilet were in working order. 8) bathrooms were stocked. 9) it was clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

This property needs so much help that I couldn’t leave my entire review here. The property manager shows little to no care for the property. There were other guests in this complex that had the same problems we had in our unit. No AC because it’s a beach town. That’s fine, but the windows have to work! Half of the windows did not open because they were in such bad condition. The box/standing fans were totally covered in filth! And we had to use them because it was so hot. The blinds were broken and didn’t keep light out or provide privacy when we were changing. The bed room door wouldn’t stay closed. The glass dining room table was not put together well and wobbled when you used it. The door knob for the garage door just spins in your hand. The front door doesn’t lock properly. The bushes on the patio are over grown. When we reached out to the property manager, they didn’t give us the time of day. I do not advise staying here!
