BEACHFRONT with Spa

Please inquire about the extra charge for any additional dog more than 1.

On the Beach front. Ocean views from almost every room. Vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach, but no atv's, thank goodness! High speed Internet, spa, fireplace, gas BBQ, large wood BBQ, large deck, patios, Flat screens TVs in every bedroom and living room, two recliners, two fold-outs, one king, one queen, 1 double. There are 3 bedrooms. One is large with a king bed and a fold-out with attached full bath. The other two have a queen and a double. They are very small and are separated by a wall and a door (not a hallway). Those in the double bed have direct access to a half bath. Those in the queen bed can privately access the full bath near the kitchen by going around a few feet outside. There are two and a half bathrooms. Washer/dryer, off street parking for three regular size vehicles.

Charming beach cottage. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, dishes, pots/pans, bedding for sleeper sofas and upper bunk bed, and an abundance of towels. Outside areas furnished and appropriated nicely. Easy access to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Oceano. It was comfortable and perfect for our family with two teen daughters, and the location right by the beach was fantastic. We had all the comforts of home and lucked out with warm weather and epic sunsets!Nell was such a gracious and thoughtful host—she called ahead with check-in details, allowed us to extend our stay an extra night, and even left a delicious peach pie in the freezer as a welcome gift. Such a sweet touch! We enjoyed evening soaks in the hot tub and made good use of the fire pit.There are also convenient amenities just steps away, including a BBQ spot, deli, and small market. We truly loved our stay and wish we could have stayed a month!

Loved that the property was right on the beach. Just two steps down from the deck and you are on the beach. The house itself is nice. It has a large deck where you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Property is easy to get to and is right next to Slappy’s Chowder where you can get a milkshake in the afternoon and french toast fries in the morning. Highly recommend this place if you just want to getaway for a few days and do nothing but listen to the sound of the ocean.

The positive is that the view was great. But the windows were dirty. I went out and washed them down so we had a better view. It had a beach vibe, but it was overall dirty. It needs a professional cleaning. You are directly at the point where cars drive on to the beach. So there is a lot of traffic day and night. There were no dressers to unpack your clothes. We lived out of suitcases' for a week. The furniture is old and worn. Two of the bedrooms had little to no ventilation and no windows. I would not stay there again.

My adult boys and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Nell's place. She was very communicative prior to the stay. The house was stocked with everything needed for the week. My boys particularly loved bbq'ing on the wood fired grill. We loved walking right out the back door to the sand and beach and fire pit.

The view and beach access was fantastic. I would recommend this for a group of friends or for kids. The house itself had a few things that needed work. The blinds were old and difficult to close/open. The TV is about to go out. The handle in the master bath is broken. The stove doesn’t automatically light (can light with a flame). You are right next to the public access to the beach and people walk right by your window and stand in front of the house especially at sunset. The price is obviously for the beach view and access which was really great. The porch is a great area to hosts friends and watch the sunset or in the morning . Can be a little loud if lots of cars going onto the beach as you are at the entry point to the beach for cars. If you have kids and want access to the beach it is really good. The property itself is not high end but is clean and “unique”. My 20 year old granddaughter loved it.
